    OMG, Amazing where we are with technology. Being advised when your washer has complete or if anything is wrong by cell phone. I love it! I was just disappointed with the job of the contractors sent by Best Buy. Yet, Best Buy Rectify the situation by sending a more skilled tech to reconnect the washer hose to their respective places cold and hot.

    Technician carried bb oth washer and dryer through stairs and were able to install it pretty quickly. They also took off the doors and reinstalled it. Washer and dryer itself is great in the sense that AI wash/dry only spins clothes based on fabric and soil levels.

    We're done with Samsung appliances. This was a last ditch attempt to replace the (I swear) third dryer we've had in 7 years. My wife loves to make the button light up with holiday background images. The different "ringtones" at completion are interesting and the Internet connectivity reminds you to fold and start a new load.

    Have owned this washer for only a couple weeks. So far is has done an outstanding job. The ability to integrate it into your home LAN is great as it provides updates, recommendations and notifications even when away from residence.
