Works well thus far. It replaced an LG that only made it 3 years. The color matches the previous version. I like the new design — more of a flat front than curved. The round dial with integrated display is nice as well. We’ll see if this one lasts. 5 yr warranty was purchased. Photo below shows new (left) vs old design.

Wow, this was a great upgrade, everything feels and smells better. Sleek design, looks amazing and works even better. Even tells you when it's done and reminds you to move the laundry when you don't. Hey it's not like we don't get distracted and then have to rewash - this is a great feature!

Love the streamline look, AI features and app features that tell me when each load is done.

This is best washer I’ve ever owned but the dryer that it pairs with is a headache that no one should bother with. If you have no intention of buying the dryer, then by all means go ahead with this washer. But if you do choose to get the corresponding dryer for this washer, the dryer MUST be connected immediately into your home exhaust with the shorted run possible from the dryer to your home’s outlet to avoid the common D80/“Home Exhaust Duct Blockage” error.

I purchased this washer after my LG washer of ten years stopped working. Loved it after the first try! Washes great and has different cycles to adjust to your clothes.

You are going to love this! So easy to use and you can get a load done in 15 min!!! You know how many times my kids needs something that is dirty and we have an hour!! This is the best purchase I have made.

Super nice, really quiet washer- love the AI function!

I had the previous model and loved it, but this is 10xs better! From the in-machine light to the digital display. The design is nice and sleek, and the additional options on the app make it all the better. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because the LG app sometimes doesn't work correctly with updates to the machine. I have rested and reconnected it, but updates still won't push it to the machine.

I would buy this product again or recommend it to anyone thats in the market for a new washer. This washer has many useful features and i love the LG ThinQ app that lets you control and notify you when your wash is over.

I bought this "Open Box" and therefore picked it up myself for 50% off. It's heavy so be prepared. The shipping bolts were still in and it came only wrapped in bubble wrap, no box or paperwork. It had been 20 years since I had a new washer so I had forgotten about the bolts and ran it. It sounded like a jet engine with scraps of metal jettisoned out of it. After I unscrewed the bolts and pulled the plastic mounts out, she purred like a kitten. Our clothes are cleaner than they've been in years. It does a good job with a better developed process than our older front load, while using less water and taking less time and energy. The software worked and is completely unnecessary and fun to play with.

Love it, looks really sleek. I got it in the gray and I wasn’t disappointed. The dryers is best with gas, it dries really fast.

Forget all the washer and dryer combos you've had in the past -- this one tops them all! Very high tech, which makes it both fun and customizable, plus with all of the extras such as being able to set it to wash out the washer after a messy load, or just on a regular basis. The stackable nature makes it very efficient in terms of space, and of course, LG is an excellent brand. I totally love mine, and the price is great!

I personally wanted the white model. It is efficient and save lot of water, and electricity. Moreover, you can control it using your phone.
