Works great washes quick real quiet love the light. The dryer also works great so many options for clothes, bedding, towels.

I think this washer has a lot of options for cleaning from gentle to heavy duty and large loads. I like how it spins everything so fast that it’s almost dry when it’s done there is a silly tune when the machine is finished but I suppose it’s good in that it reminds you to get your clothes out and get it into the dryer.

It has been over a month and I have not been able to use it yet. This after it took four days to even talk to someone about it after my purchase. Back-and-forth between LG and Best Buy several times about it took them two weeks to send out a person even after I paid for an extra three-year warranty, thank God!! wait two weeks for them to come out, but the wrong part was ordered. Hopefully on the third visit they bring the correct part to fix it. This company is highly lacking in customer service and reputable merchandise. I will be writing to the BBB and also blasting the story on air as my friend Jim owns two radio stations with a domestic listening audience of over 200,000 people.. I waited quite some time for the company to get back with me hoping for retribution of some sort. The set was for not only myself, but also a shared residence with tenants. This has cost me a significant amount of money and downtime. What an absolute joke.

It's a great machine and works well. Just make sure if you change brands that your bottom drawer fits

Good so far. like some of the option. larger than the matching dryer I ordered with it. Had to make unwanted changes to my wash room.

It leaves the clothes very clean, the machine does not have that ugly smell like many others, I quite liked the option of connecting it to your cell phone and managing it from the app.

Loving my new W/D set. Haven't had a chance to check all the functions but so far, so good. Liking the new AI feature that detects the best wash and dry cycles for the clothing/sheets/etc that you are washing.

Picked unit after losing our others to a lightning strike that hit house. Reviews are absolutely spot on. Love this LG set. Best Buy delivered as promise with installers that were fantastic/quick and careful.

Great washer so far! Unfortunately the original delivery was a damaged washer. We had to wait another week before it was delivered. No offer to give a price reduction for the inconvenience.
