    Love the washer! It seems to clean in a much shorter time than my old machine. The touch controls seems very sensitive maybe a bit too sensitive but I love everything else about it.

    The reason I gave it a four is because it takes longer to go through a wash cycle. My clothes do look cleaner. I just got it so I'm still deciding how much I like it. I also bought it because of the reviews. I hope it last as long as they say.

    The best feature of this is the AI dry setting. It senses the type of clothes in the washer and adjusts the time and settings accordingly. Makes for much faster and efficient wash cycles when you’re washing smaller cycles.

    Pleased with this washer so far. Love the AI wash feature. Run times are much faster than my old machine. Docked it a star as it can be a little loud at times but love it otherwise. Can handle a pretty big load for a 4.5 washer. Have a laundry pedastel under it which makes it easy to use from a reach standpoint.

    We were disappointed in the installation of the dryer and washer. We were unable to communicate with the installers since they did not speak English and we didn't speak Spanish. They neglected to turn on the gas on the dryer and didn't secure the washer drainage hose. We had to have a service visit to correct both problems causing us to be without a washer and dryer for another week.
