I don’t like this machine, the functions is not working

The 4.5cubic feet washer didn’t work so we exchanged it to the 5.5.

Loud and shakes with every load. Returning, we like to use the time at night and no one could sleep through it.

We love this washer! We bought it as a set and got pedastles to go along with the washer and dryer. The capacity and efficiency are fantastic and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase.

A local installer swiftly accomplished a stacked washer/dryer installation that Best Buy failed five times to execute. Their commitment to delivering quality work was evident throughout the process. In stark contrast, Best Buy's installers proved to be a nightmare, demonstrating incompetence and a lack of motivation to complete the installation we had paid for with our new washer purchase. The ordeal included unnecessary purchases of extra parts, the delivery of a dented unit (leading to further delays), and a team that refused to perform the installation, citing a lack of training in gas dryer setups. Despite multiple attempts over a month, even after upgrading to a new washer, the same Best Buy crew refused to stack our Kenmore dryer on an LG washer, insisting we purchase a new LG dryer that matched. The installers' poor service was only overshadowed by Best Buy's abysmal customer service, involving countless phone calls, hours lost, and frustrating interactions with call centers in India. Worse, Best Buy refused any kind of consideration for the trouble they put us through for an entire month. After reaching the end of our patience with Best Buy, we sought the help of a local appliance installer, Best Appliance. In just an hour, they completed the job seamlessly, providing a stark night-and-day difference in service. For those purchasing new appliances, my advice is to secure your deal from any big box store but decline their installation service. Instead, schedule the installation with a competent local installer to ensure a hassle-free, on-time, and properly executed job. The investment is well worth it and may save you from the agonizing and frustrating ordeal we experienced with Best Buy. Trust me, Best Buy does not want you to use their installation service. They are well aware of the issues yet do nothing about it. I'm doing them and you all a favor with this warning. They just want to sell you the appliance and not deal with their contracted installation headaches either. If this gets posted and stays on the Best Buy site, you'll know this is true.

Love Love my LG Washer.. We have always had Samsung Washer Dryer n TV . Had heard alit of good Things about LG . Our friend Tom Schultz head of Appliances Department helped us decide between 3 different brands. Still have my Samsung Dryer Have had for years still working great but when it goes out will get LG Dryer to match. Best Buy

great product, large capacity, cleans very well fit into the space we have along with the companion dryer. It was a good price delivered on time by a great delivery guy who went above and beyond for us.

I love the quality and easy to use and washes very well.

This is our first front load washer. We love it. Our clothes are cleaner and we are using less water. The washer is well built and the LG App is awesome with reminders that the wash is finished so you won’t forget you have clothes in the wash and it tells you when to run the tub clean cycle. We are really enjoying our new LG washer.

This washer is amazing! Unbelievably quiet, and very efficient.

Excellent appliances (LG 5500! A delight to use. Download the FULL online manual(s). FYI these come with about 1/3 -1/2 the available cycles preinstalled (only 2 on washer are true defaults, Normal and Tub Clean) - so you may want to remove or add cycles. But the instructions how to change the menu(s) weren’t clear - at least to us. Here’s how: Turn machine ON (button to left of dial). Push OPTIONS on the flat panel to the right of the dial. Go back to DIAL and rotate dial until CYCLE LIST EDIT appears. Use check marks and return arrow on DIAL to make changes. Be sure to save your changes. PS no you can’t change the “cycle done” chimes. Only adjust the volume or turn it off. Enjoy!! We are.

Great washer. Very easy to use. Many settings. The best part is the self-diagnostics via a smartphone. High tech is a bit of a concern, but while it works, its fantastic.

This is my first fancier washer/dryer and so far so good. I just got an update for newer melodies for notifications.

Super washing machine made by LG. It is extremely quiet. Anyone barely knows it is there.

The only warning I would give on this washer is that the estimated time left is never even close to being accurate. It could say 10 minutes remaining fit 30 minutes. Other than that, the clothes come out clean and I've had no other concerns.

Washer is fine has some scratches on the top. It doesn't have function of hand wash but delicates wash. But the technician didn't leave us the shipping bolts. It took us more than two weeks to receive it. I had to call Best Buy directly. Although the technician kept saying they would drop off the shipping bolts, they never did it.

Simple to use - minimal knobs and buttons. Got everything clean.
