Well worth it washes clothes great and is very quiet. doesn't vibrate when spinning out. Quiet could use when other family members are sleeping.

We love the capacity and being able to do laundry much faster.

I was able to purchase a washer and dryer of the highest quality for the lowest price since that had been floor models. It was easy to purchase with experienced and knowledgeable sales people and delivery was on time as expected.

I've had this machine for a month now and I absolutely love it. Keep in mind It's been 21 years since I bought a new washer and the ease and efficiency of use has me wondering why I didn't get a new washer long ago. I was amazed at the increased capacity just by removing the agitator from the design -- wasn't convinced it would work without one, but I am now totally sold on it. I can reduce the number of weekly loads by half, and the laundry actually gets cleaner faster. I am so impressed by the job this washer does. The controls are easy to understand even without reading the manual, but having said that, the manual is also easy to understand -- something I always appreciate. I like the" time remaining" display so I don't have to keep checking to see if it's done yet. There's also a display that tells you which cycle it's in, in case you need to add or remove items during a particular cycle. The pause button is handy for this, as well, as it unlocks the lid for access. Another feature I especially like is the soft-closing lid. It will never slam! The washer has a number of features that I have not used yet, one being the "Tag On" function that allows you to communicate with the washer from you Smart Phone. One amusing feature which makes me chuckle every time is the melody that sounds at the end of the cycle (reminiscent of an old French folk song) which is then punctuated by the sound of the lid unlocking. One thing that they don't tell you is that if you use detergent pods you must add them directly to the tub on top of the items to be washed before you start it up -- preferably closer to the tub wall so the water will drop directly onto it. If you place them in the middle, the water will take longer to reach the pods and longer to dissolve them. (Other cleaning products go directly into the dispenser where this is not an issue.) The one drawback I found with the washer is only an issue for shorter people: I am 5'3" and the washer is an inch taller than my old one and the tub is so deep that I have trouble reaching all the way down into it to remove the finished laundry. But that's a small thing and I can still, with a little difficulty, reach the bottom -- or ask my husband to help ;)

I'm very happy with this new washer. I do not like the fact that we can no longer select how much water we want. The washer automatically senses how much clothing you have and fills it to the proper level. It seems to wash the clothes well with no residue. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Out front load took a dump and didn't want another. Saw this LG top load and it looked easy to use and good price. It has a huge capacity, much bigger than our old washer! No complaints so far, does a good job.

After reading many reviews and doing research I decided on the LG HE washer. After reading the manual and testing out several settings, I love my new machine. Since it requires HE detergent and less is used, people think it doesn't clean. HE detergent doesn't get as "sudsy", but clothes still get clean! Fabric softener or scent boosters make clothes smell and feel great even longer!! Only "con" is that sometimes it's hard to reach clothes since I'm only 5'5" and the drum is so deep! Great capacity for larger loads. Definitely recommend!!!

Haven't had any issues with this washer like I did with my top loading Samsung washer. So far so good in my books. Gets the clothes clean and it's easy to use!

I originally ordered the top loading version of this washer which worked great. But it was so deep I needed a stool to get clothes on the bottom. So I switched to this one. Store manager let me swap it out. And this one is proving to be great also.

The ability to select the right setting, the water sensing and the emergency efficiency will save us not only on the water bill, but also electric. The fact it does not have an agitator, allows for the load to be more balanced and easier to load

After looking at all of our options, we chose the LG. Love it!! Love how it senses the load for how much water to use and I love how much spin I want.

This is the second HE washing machine we have owned and it's much better then the Samsung it replaced. This machine gets our clothes cleaner and actually gets them wet which our previous machine sometimes failed to do. It very straight forward on how to use and is very quiet. The spin cycle does a great job which reduces dryer time. It is new but so far we are pleased.

Love how easy it is to use and it is very quiet. The jingle it makes when the load is done is also nice.

This is the best washer I have ever owned. I have owned 5, and this is by far the best. Quiet, efficient, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We love this machine. We replaced an older LG front loader with this one and couldn't be happier. The large capacity has handled everything we have thrown at it so far. The app for it is pretty neat too. It gives you tips on how to treat certain types of stains, has downloadable cycles that you can beam right to the machine and keeps track of stats. It will tell you when you need to clean the drum and helps you diagnose any issues you may have.

We bought this on short notice after our old washer suddenly quit working. As the main user of this machine I will say it's great. The machine is high efficiency and self selects the water level which I'm sure has saved us as I often over filled the old machine. The best features for me are huge capacity. With two teen boys and my wife it's some times hard to fill this thing. Plus with no center agitator you can load a full queen comforter.

First time buying a washer and dryer and we love our set! The washer's cycles are so customizable and it senses each load so that only the water needed is used. I no longer feel bad only throwing a couple of items in because of that! I also love the extra rinse option and huge drum. The door of the washer is see through so I can take a peek without openin the lid and the door is also soft closing! The time remaining is probably my favorite feature on each machine. No more running back and forth or up and down to guess if the cycle is done or not!

I was not sure about getting a high end machine, I had a lot of problems with a very expensive Kenmore, but heard great things about the LG so decided to give it a try, so far I really love it, fast quite and the clothes come out nice and clean.

My new washer is wonderful. It takes much less space than older one and gets my clothes cleaner.
