This is one awesome machine works great hope it last

So far no complaints about this washer. Very quiet

I was reluctant at first to purchase this high efficiency machine because I previously owned a regular top load machine and was concerned about washing with less water and the additional wash time; However, I bought it almost two months ago and I love it.

Washer is very big and like the top loading option

While looking at washer/dryers at Best Buy, I came upon a person that had already had this set and spoke highly about it. During the Labor Day Weekend sale, this pair was on sale for $220 off each and with the energy guide show one of the lowest costs for yearly energy use, it wasa win/win for me.

This is my 3rd washer in 2 years as my last one only lasted a year and two months. Everything is working well so far with this one. Added the extended warrantee due to my bad luck with these. Best Buy's warrantee seems to be better than lowes which I posted in another review. It also seems to wash the clothes quicker as well.

Big washer good value so far no problems works good

I had three or four different washing machines come out before I finally decided I had to go back to the one with the agitator to be able to have my clothes smell and be clean. The only one I could find was the Maytag and to get the dryer I want it I had to go with one that did not exactly match it but it was a Maytag

Originally purchased a Samsung machine that worked great until we found it had a recall. Purchased this one instead and it is one of the loudest machines I have owned. On top of that it's already in for repairs due to the drum malfunctioning. Kind of disappointing since we have only owned it for a couple months.

Wanted a washer that was user friendly and large enough to wash our comforter. This washer delivered on both. The drum is pretty deep, and I'm pretty short, but I can reach all the way to the bottom (admittedly on my tippy toes). Easy to adjust the settings to make changes.

I purchased both the washer and dryer. After reviewing both items, it was the right decision. Have only used one time I am satisfied with my decision. I love the selections on both. Ignore the first review on the dryer.

I would rate this five stars and love it if it had a permanent press cycle. I've never seen a washing machine without a permapress cycle before and that's the one I would use the most. This washes well and quietly and I have no complaints.

We are very happy with this purchase. Not having the middle agitator in the washing tub has increased our washing capacity, and has helped reduce our overall time to wash clothes. Very happy with this purchase.

Clothes on the top do not get wet during wash cycle even with the option for additional water. After 3 days, I'm still waiting for the LG rep to call with a service appointment. Yes, I purchased the extended warranty.

Seems like a good machines. at high speed it vibrates more than what you would expect. Could add some dampers to it. Also the clothes become wrinkled at high spin speeds.

After having a front loading washing machine, I wanted to switch to a top loader. I chose the LG HE. So far I have been impressed, Everything comes out clean with minimal use of detergent and water.
