This washer is terrible. It does not clean the clothes. Towels are soured and clothes have to be washed several times to get cleaned. Each load takes a min. 45 min. Our machine has rusted on the inside of the machine. It has been sent back for repairs for walking away from the wall. Terrible stay away from this brand!

It’s a lemon and dealing with LG isn’t worth it they don’t stand behind there 10 year warranty

Bought LG washer Model WT 5070 CW ,after about two years the bleach dispenser started to rust ,called LG they would not offer any solution except to pay for repairs that would have a 90 day warranty ,stay away from Lg products.

I just got this washer delivered, it took a while to turn on.. the delivery guys thought it was my oulet and checked the breaker box and that was fine. After a few minutes the washer turned on. He ran a small cycle without clothes in it and left. After he left it turned off... I was able to turn it back on and put blankets in it to wash... Now it has turned off again after about 10 minutes of washing and the lid is locked.... I JUST got this delivered... and it is already broke. I checked the outlet and have switched outlets and the outlets work just fine. I am calling best buy now but in the mean time I am locked out of the machine and my blankets are soaking wet.... I'm rather upset.

I purchased this LG Washer from Best Buy in California 2 years ago. Since owning it I have had the Geek Squad out for repairs 5 times. First they replaced the entire Circuit Board then they repaired something on the Drum and still constent UE codes. July 1st the Washer broke again with ERR Code 6. Once again Geek Squad shows up to evaluate the problem. Well the 2 year old Washer needs a new Motor. I complained to the Corporate Office and LG and am getting a new Washer. And the new Washer is a Samsung. Will never buy anything from LG ever again.

The "true balance" mechanism is too sensitive. Model WT4870CW. Over time it got worse. Now it is constantly failing to complete load due to "UE" error message after only TWO YEARS. The warranty is only 1 year. This is a known issue a easily Googled. It is perfectly level and the clothes are balanced. Its just simply an awful washing machine. My choice is to spend too much $ for repairs or toss it at the dump. The dump is a better option. I paid $511 for this but see the price went way up. LG Support offered no help other than pointing me to a repair. service. Bust buy was great when purchase was made.

This machine is only a power soak. It does not get clothes clean. The water does not cover the clothes and the clothes are left with lint and residue marks on them.
