It looks great! But 3 stars for quality since I just noticed a dent on the side, which had to have happened prior to install. Price point compared to similar is good! The machine and setting are easy to use and figure out. Just a side note, I am 5’3” and have a bit of a tough time reaching parts of the bottom of machine.

My wife loves the new washing machine and how well it works. The two delivery people were rude and obnoxious and dropped the washer while bringing it down the driveway. Worst delivery experience that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with

I love this washer, easy to use and has a huge capacity

While I like that it has a huge tub with a clear, see-thru lid, I am not sure that it's better to use seemingly so little water for wash. I use Deep Wash/water plus so I can actually see the water level with the clothes. There's not a whole lot of info comes with the washer. It's unclear if I should use more or less detergent because the amount of water it uses.

Had a Samsung front load washer and I realized that was a mistake. It never cleaned correctly and always had a smell to it regardless of how much it was cleaned. Bought this and tada, I'm totally happy. Clothes are clean and no more smell. Been running like a champ and no complaints. Would buy again.

I love this washer. It took about a week or two to get use to using with all the different options and being digital and my last washer being 23 years old but it works great. I can even wash all my bedding in one load!

This washer has tons of capacity. Quiet and reliable.

This LG washer replaced an older LG washer. We like this new model much better than the old. It agitates more, so it seems like it is washing the clothes better. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the water level. I still think the lower water levels don't get clothes clean enough. When you can still see clothes sticking up above the water, they are not getting washed. I always use the cycle with the max amount of water, too. This complaint is universal on all brands now, thanks to environmental laws. I actually think LG does a better job of allowing some extra water, compared to other brands that my friends own.

Holds a ton of clothes, does take a long time to wash and you have to hit the extra water button every time unless you don't want the clothes clean. Other than that it does a great job with a minimal amount of buttons to select and it is not too deep and I am very short.

It had been 15 years since I shopped for a replacement washer. The LG met my function setting and desired user rating requirements. The tub is ‘huge’! Initial use has it operating fine with no issues. Only thing I would suggest is that LG includes more information on the operational display functions in the packaging.

Washer easy to use and has an excellent load capacity

Have had the washer for a couple wey and loving it so far. It is much quieter than the Maytag we had before and the features and app control are great. My better half has committed that the bottom of the tub is hard to reach, she is 5' 5".

Seems to be doing the job done so far, but we've only had it about a month. Clothes are getting clean, its easy to use and the normal cycle is very quick with the size loads we normally have. Big improvement over the old, moldy front loader it replaced.

Very efficient washing machine, my clothes smell great. I love getting text alerts when the washer is done. It’s a relatively quiet machine. My only big con is there’s not a great variety of wash settings already on the machine, so I have to use the app to remote start for some settings which is less convenient

I had an LG before so I wanted to get another one to match the dryer. I have to say this one is quite a bit louder than the old one. I also have to say that I liked the fact that the old one played a chime to indicate the load was done. Overall, I preferred my old model, but was disappointed it didn't last 10 years.

Love the washing machine. It literally has an infinite number of water levels. It’s efficient and gets my clothes clean. Can’t beat it!!
