Poor quality and slow response are not indicative of high quality service. And damaging my faucet didn’t help the situation.

Not too noisy, clothes come out great. Check your setting when washing pillows and bulky items due to weight of items after wash. Sometimes makes load unbalanced.

Best Washing Machine

The only thing I would have done different would to purchase the base and bending over to remove items is a little difficult. I would recommend this product to all my family and friends

I guess we can still use it, but have no idea when cycle we are selecting. This is the 2nd LG appliance that I have purchased where the display has died within a two year period. I know they can make good products. I have a flatscreen TV from 2009 that is still going strong. Absolute disgrace.

Have to squat down quite a bit to reach the back of washer to remove clothes. Difficult to use unless you also purchase the platforms for it to sit on.

Never had complain from the grandmas or from my mother in law. Very easy to learn and it has great sensor to know how much water to use to watch your clothes.
