This is my second LG front loader. My first one lasted 14 years, so I did not hesitate to replace it with an updated model. Purchase was easy, and the fact that I bought it on Thursday afternoon and was doing laundry early Saturday morning made it that much more convenient. Thanks, Best Buy. Good job

Great washer with excellent customer service. Originally bought a different set but delivery was delayed over a month. Was able to go in and select this set and it works perfectly.

The washer is easy to operate and has so many types of wash cycles and temperature settings

Super hard working washer for a family of 6! The speed wash cycle I use for towels because at end of cycle they come out half dry so less drying time on my dryer which saves on electricity. The delicate cycle I use a lot since it save wear and tear on most of the girl's tops and bottoms from fraying and shrinking. Overall, would buy again.

Our old LG washing machine finally had enough and retired. So event out looking and stopped by the Best Buy outlet store and found another LG unit for a discounted price.

Washer broke unexpectedly so we read the reviews and found this one. We have had for a few weeks, and it has lived up to the reviews. Easy to use and was a great value.

Front load washers are the way to go. This one has a ton of different wash cycles, which i love. Its easy to use, and it's very quiet.

This will be our 2nd set. The 1st set was damaged. these work very well and would not buy a different brand

I thought I would not like a front load washer as I've always had a top load. My top load washer rusted out and needed to be replaced. After purchasing and using it, I really liked it the very first day. It was so much quieter and it washes mich quicker than my top load. And because it is a front load, no sitting water. It seems to more water efficient as the spin cycle is like that of a dryer, therefore no need for gallons of sitting water. You do have to be a bit more mindful of cleaning the coin trap and making sure to leave door open for a bit after washing and wiping with a rag as to not allow any kind of mold build up. But i believe it is worth the buy.

I really like the washing machine. Even though my room is next door to the laundry room, i dont hear anything when the washing machine is running.

LG washer is good product. Running good, no problems

This washer replaced my Samsung and after doing several loads both large and small, I am really impressed with how well it cleans everything. It's quieter and it seems to be quicker. I'll buy LG products again when needed
