It has a smell that will not go away. I checked with Best Buy, but my 60 days had expired. I contacted the manufacturer, LG. They told me I needed to clean the tub, door gasket, and soap dispenser after each cycle. It is crazy unbelievable to think the washer needs that much work to use daily. They made it seem like I needed to do more to try and remove the smell. They tried to blame our house's old plumbing. The house is under five years old, and I have been a plumber for over nine years. I would not buy an LG product. The customer support from LG was terrible, and once the service rep disconnected rather than continue with me. I reconnected with a different rep, and they were equally bad.

The quick wash is 15 minutes, and the extra rinse is 18 minutes. I put large loads in it and it does fine. We use this for a wash dry and fold service we have two of these sets and we use them multiple times a day and they work wonderfully!
