It gets regular loads beautifully clean! It gets unbalanced with small loads. The panel is difficult to read. We have to use a flashlight because it is not backlit well and extremely hard to see. 'd like it better if I had more control over the settings. *Pay attention to details when you do your shopping. I didn't and I'll be using a mid machine for the next decade or so.

Buy LG washer from Best Buy!

I think the washer go by weight because the more clothes or items you put the more time it gives you on the washer.

Good job LG!!!

It doesn't have as many settings as the Whirlpool I previously owned. I didn't think I'd miss those settings but I do. The rubber ring around the inside of the door develops an offensive smell easily. Again, Whirlpool never had a smell.

The installers clearly did not know what they were doing. They even "threw away" the shipping bolts that belong to the machine. Now, according to Best Buy, I have to buy replacement bolts directly from LG — about $35 + tax per bolt - there are four of them - plus delivery. Alternatively, I could purchase them on eBay from this installer, I assume. Do not use Best Buy’s installation service.

The only issue I have is that it doesn't have an option for washing white clothes; other that that I would recommend this to everyone.

I didn't like how wet the glass on the door would get when the wash was finished and when I opened the door, it would drip onto the floor. I had to dry it off with a towel after the load.
