For vibration and banging noises, please check the following: (Load Distribution) try redistributing clothes evenly in the drum, as unbalanced loads can cause excessive movement.
(Pedestal Installation) if using a pedestal, ensure it's securely attached. (Shipping Bolts) if this is a recent installation, make sure all four shipping bolts have been removed from the back of the washer.
(Flooring Stability) a weak or uneven floor surface can amplify vibration. Placing an anti-vibration mat underneath may help. Regarding the strange smell, this can often be caused by detergent residue, moisture buildup, or trapped lint. The only problems are 1) the owner's manual doesn't come with it, and the controls are difficult to understand and use, and 2) the home delivery service employs lazy, irresponsible people. Their idea of "installation" is to drop the machine within 10 ft of it's intended location, and then drive away taking some of the machine's parts with them. They didn't move the machine to its final location or level it or hook it up. So, you get what you pay for with their free installation (i.e., nothing.)

Also the bleach dispenser does not always empty. If one leaves the door closed between use an unpleasant odor is present.

It's been a year since purchasing both the washer and the dryer. The representative is charging me $79.00 even though I have a full warranty.

For the washer, it might help to run the Tub Clean cycle regularly with a recommended washing machine cleaner to keep that mold at bay.
