You have to leave the door open, otherwise it will smell so bad like rotten mold. You have to clean the rim of the door every time, because if not there is mold forming. You have to be prepared to switch clothes immediately otherwise you will be rewashing, because your clothes will stink. This washer is just an inconvenience to my family. Now I have to spend another $1000 on a new washer after only 5 months. We will be buying a top loading washer!

I bought this washer because my old one leaked randomly and couldn't handle large loads. However, this new washer doesn't do well with large loads, like a king comforter, either.

The machine is great and meetings all of my expectations. I recommend it. The size is perfect and is able to accommodate my comforters (queen) with room to spare.

My top load washer rusted out and needed to be replaced. After purchasing and using it, I really liked it the very first day. It was so much quieter and it washes mich quicker than my top load. And because it is a front load, no sitting water. It seems to more water efficient as the spin cycle is like that of a dryer, therefore no need for gallons of sitting water. You do have to be a bit more mindful of cleaning the coin trap and making sure to leave door open for a bit after washing and wiping with a rag as to not allow any kind of mold build up. But i believe it is worth the buy.

(A "must have" for my wife.) Our daughter has the same machine in a "stacked" application in their home. It has worked well since new. We give ours 3 stars because our new machine blew water out the clean-out door on the bottom left. Best Buy quickly removed, replaced, and installed a new washer (same model). Operation now seems to be normal. We will post another review if appropriate.

All the features you need and less to go wrong in the future.

My first one lasted 14 years, so I did not hesitate to replace it with an updated model. Purchase was easy, and the fact that I bought it on Thursday afternoon and was doing laundry early Saturday morning made it that much more convenient. Thanks, Best Buy. Good job
