    Drum bangs on the side and the side is dented. Doesn't matter if I do a big/heavy load or a small/light load. Getting a new one delivered in 2 days and if the new one does the same thing, I'm going back to Samsung. Washer and dryer feel super cheaply made compared to my old Samsungs. It is very big though and seems to wash my clothes very well.

    I bought this model as well as the dryer at the same time and we’ve only had it about a month and use it about 3 times a week and it works super good and super fast we were nervous because of some reviews we read but we’re happy with both and would recommend
