It’s nice have my laundry done by hour or less. My first purchases show one machine had be dropped during shipping and they were discontinued . Which was never told me. So BB resolution center trade me up for LG set. No extra charges and free hassle exchange

Bought it on Thursday, delivered on Monday. Quick wash only 15 minutes! Big shoot out to Kevin and Mario for delivery and setup!!!

I wish I was allowed to upload a video with this review of how loud the banging is and how much it shakes with just a small load of light clothes as seen in the picture. I am very upset with this product, a washer should last longer than 3 months.

We usually love LG products but this washer is leaking enough to ruin the new floors we just installed . Not sure what to do…. Weve installed new water hoses etc, but can’t figure out where its coming from

It's very quiet and cleans my laundry well. The presets are easy to use and it's nice that you can adjust them. Nice unit. Happy with my purchase, minus the wet dog smell...
