We replaced our old washer of the same make and model after 13 years, 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat. There have been many full loads of clothes over the years and never once was there a problem.

Good job LG!!!

I think the washer go by weight because the more clothes or items you put the more time it gives you on the washer.

It doesn't have as many settings as the Whirlpool I previously owned. I didn't think I'd miss those settings but I do. The rubber ring around the inside of the door develops an offensive smell easily. Again, Whirlpool never had a smell.

The only issue I have is that it doesn't have an option for washing white clothes; other that that I would recommend this to everyone.

I didn't like how wet the glass on the door would get when the wash was finished and when I opened the door, it would drip onto the floor. I had to dry it off with a towel after the load.

Just two days after the 14th day of purchase they lowered the price by $50 and also increased the gift card amount by $25 .
