Have to set the pre rinse for more water in order to get clothes wet. It’s doesn’t spin at one point that I have to stop then select just the spin to get it done. To complicate. I wanted to exchange to different brands but was told will the bundle promotion and not on sale.

For vibration and banging noises, please check the following: (Load Distribution) try redistributing clothes evenly in the drum, as unbalanced loads can cause excessive movement.
(Pedestal Installation) if using a pedestal, ensure it's securely attached. (Shipping Bolts) if this is a recent installation, make sure all four shipping bolts have been removed from the back of the washer.
(Flooring Stability) a weak or uneven floor surface can amplify vibration. Placing an anti-vibration mat underneath may help. Regarding the strange smell, this can often be caused by detergent residue, moisture buildup, or trapped lint.
