After every wash you have to get on your hands and knees and open the bottom door on the left side and empty the water which accumulates after each wash. If you don't empty it after a couple of washes it will leak onto your floor. Horrible feature. Also very long wash cycles. If it shows 50 minutes, it takes over 2 hours.

It's been a year since purchasing both the washer and the dryer. The representative is charging me $79.00 even though I have a full warranty.

It didn’t clean the clothes well and they always smelled muddy. Large or small load the washer shook vigorously. Within 6 months the mother board burned, it was not a good wager for me.

Also the bleach dispenser does not always empty. If one leaves the door closed between use an unpleasant odor is present.

Worst experience EVER, don't have product

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy from here if you would like your appliance in a timely manner, I am still waiting due to no fault of mine, and BEST BUY has made it clear there is nothing they can do. Their automated system somehow overrode me stating where I wanted my washer and dryer delivered to and kicked the delivery address to my old address in the system. Once I caught this myself by looking at my emails as no one mentioned the delivery address when they called to confirm the delivery a week prior on 12/19. So I call to tell Best Buy they have the wrong delivery address and they tell me I now have to wait another week! They insist there's nothing anyone can do about it and judging but the numerous phone calls I've made and requests I've made to speak to a manager with no call back they weren't kidding! There is NOTHING Best Buy will do to rectify the situation that was clearly a system error and huge dissatisfier for a paying customer. The cherry on top is then when my delivery was rescheduled the system wanted to charge me for the "free" gift cards I was given at check out when I bout the appliance. Gift cards I didn't want or ask for. Needless to say I will never shop at Best Buy again nor will I recommend them because when I shell out money I expect to be a satisfied customer.

Less than a year and already a problem

It might be covered under the manufacture warranty since it's just a few days shy of 1 year. Even so, what a pain going through that process.

Today, 6/25/2025, I have Best Buy Total Protection - Best Buy customer service is horrible - the washer is still not repaired. I have been spending money at the laundromat for the last two months. I expect more than a year and a half of service from a washer.

One, after spinning the clothes end up in the rear of the drum making it difficult to retrieve them and two, there is suppose to be a melody when the wash is complete and that does not happen.
