Loaded with Tech

Hooks to wifi, has remote start, send messages to your phone with the laundry is done, even tells the dryer what is about to be dried. The 5.0 Cu.ft drum is huge, if you are short like my wife it is a pretty good reach to the back to get clothes out. It replaced an older LG model, in terms of cleaning, I think the loads may take a little longer depending on the cycle used. I would recommend the machine, I suspect that you could be a less expensive model with out all of the tech and potential for things to break for a bit less money. I and my wife are happy with the purchase.

There are so many choices available for washing just about anything. The clothes come out very clean, fresh and depending on setting, almost dry from the spin cycle.

It has so many different cycles to choose from! Only down side was that the guys who installed it scratched it in multiple places and then tried to cover it up with the papers that are taped to the top of the machine…

This washer clothes come out and very minimal mold build up as the door stays open without the need for door stopper. Also keep detergent drawer out to dry and prevent mold. Great motor in 5.0 model and you can tell stronger and more durable

Im not sure the difference in all the types of wash cycles it has but clothes come out clean so I cant complain. We havent had any issues with odor like some others mention with front load washers but we leave the door open when not in use. It is a great upgrade from a small basic top load washer.

The smart technology is nice because it has the capability to send alerts to your phone when your laundry is finished. After years of having Samsung, we're happy we made the switch to LG.

I love it cause I’m a nurse so when I’m taking care of Covid patients Pepi, any bacteria, any respiratory disease, I know my LG washer or disinfect clean my clothes so I thank you I think you for the customer service at Best Buy. Thanks.

Wash large items but beware internet

I’ve got a queen sized bed and have no issues with all my bedding. The problem comes in when you have to network this washer to your internet. I got help at the beginning and it worked well. I had trouble when my internet service provider upgraded my internet speeds. I got a different router which changed things. Fortunately for me it was after warranty. I called Best Buy total membership service which did 5 minutes of help then they passed me on to LG support. LG charges to go farther to resolve. I didn’t pay. So now I don’t have connectivity for the added functionality. Now my washer is just like any other washer. Disappointed after paying premium price and now reduced to regular
