    Replaced my old LG with this new one. It is amazing. Love that I don’t have to load detergent every time. And so quiet I sometimes wonder if it’s running. Downloaded the app and I’m notified when it’s time to switch the laundry! Couldn’t be happier!

    It is very easy to use, there is enough program but it does take the detergent and softener. You are washing your things without detergent and it has very heavy smell I do not know why. I am so disappointed.

For this model, one helpful step is to remove the detergent and softener drawer and rinse it thoroughly under warm water, making sure the siphon caps are seated properly when reinstalled. If the siphons are not positioned correctly, the washer may not pull the detergent or softener into the wash.
