I know it’s costly but it’s worth the sacrifice. I love the weight sensing, the detergent and softener reservoir, the quietness, the capacity it holds. (I have a family of 5) and can wash a king size comforter with ease.

Washing is great. My only surprise was how big it is. It much larger size than my old one but I am still happy.

So far so good, very quiet operation and the 5.0 Cu. Ft. capacity is a tremendous benefit. King size comforters and blankets are now able to fit in the washer. The technology built into this washer makes washing clothes an efficient and effective operation. The automatic detergent and softener dispenser is also a great plus since it automatically disburses the exact amount needed based on the load.

I love that this washer weighs the clothes and that cuts down on the washing time. Plus the app keeps me up to date on cleaning and maintenance of the washer. I can’t want to be able to purchase the dryer next.

This was all my wife's thing (just write the check honey) she was NOT happy with the 1st set, made a trip back to the store, and decided on this make and model, she couldn't be happier! To top it all off she got the pedistals to match which made the machines just clear the vabinets above by 3/4"

It's huge inside. It can handle big heavy loads. Does all of our king size bedding easily. Turbo wash in is my favorite. The auto dispenser is great.I Don't have to put in detergent and fabric softener each wash and you can adjust the amounts that you want it to dispense. Have trouble with Wifi/app connection, but washer is in basement and modem on a second floor. Our last LG front load washer lasted 17 years. Needed one fix 7 years ago which I did myself.

Good quality and easy to use. It’s helpful that the app can notify you when it’s done and also run diagnostics.

Does everything I need it to do and more. The washer is very quiet and I don't have any initial complaints of the washer alone. If you do stack the drier, the knob and settings are too high and it's hard to see what is selected.

Rarely do I write a review for a product, but in this case I will because of how much I LOVE this washer! Best Buy was incredibly helpful and very easy through the entire process! The washer itself is AMAZING!!!

The washer is very easy to use as and the delivery and installation were excellent. However, make sure the water bibs coming out of the wall are new or up to code. Otherwise, the installers will not actually install the washer, and you will need to have them come back like we did.

Love the new washer and dryer. My clothes get so clean and the dryer works really fast. Would recommend to anyone

I have nothing but great things to say about the washer. Unbelievably quiet washer. I normally run the washer twice a week while I work from home. I could easily forget that it was running.

First of all this is a fine machine. It is loaded with technology. Hooks to wifi, has remote start, send messages to your phone with the laundry is done, even tells the dryer what is about to be dried. The 5.0 Cu.ft drum is huge, if you are short like my wife it is a pretty good reach to the back to get clothes out. It replaced an older LG model, in terms of cleaning, I think the loads may take a little longer depending on the cycle used. I would recommend the machine, I suspect that you could be a less expensive model with out all of the tech and potential for things to break for a bit less money. I and my wife are happy with the purchase.

Amazing washer, leaves, clothes, fresh and smelling great.

Works flawlessly so far. The detergent and softener automatic storage tank make washing so easy. I'l never go back to pouring for each load. That's so 2019. We've had LG washers before and they are great. We eave the front door open when it's not being used to insure we don't have any odor problems. 10/10

It works very well and I loge it so much. The design is spectacular and it is very easy to use.
