It is very easy to use, there is enough program but it does take the detergent and softener. You are washing your things without detergent and it has very heavy smell I do not know why. I am so disappointed.

So far, great. WE expect it to be as good as previous washers from LG which we had before.

Washer is so quiet with amazing wash capacity. Allows me to wash everything i need large or small.

Works really well, looks really nice, and some of the cycles are surprisingly fast with good results!

I love the LG washer. It is bigger than the old one I had that just broke after about 14 years. It is very quiet, washes very well and looks beautiful.

Happy so far, machine is quite and does not shake. Washes faster than my old one from Samsung. Does a good job at getting clothes clean.

So far I am very happy with the washer and dryer combo. Love all the features on these machines. The biggest bonus, they are a lot more quiet than the other machines we had.

Bought this to replace my old washer. We’ve had it for a few months and love it. Works very well, the AI setting works no matter the load, and definitely uses less water than our previous machine. Look forward to getting the dryer version once that one goes.

So far so good, we'll see how they last. As with all things it could be better in a few ways, mostly the space it takes up. I was surprised the connection configuration added space needs for the washer so it sticks out a bit more than anticipated.

This is one wonderful washing machine. Washes great and gets the water out well on spin rinse. Has a nice chime.

So far so good! We've been running this washer nearly continuously since we got it to get caught up on laundry. Works great with outstanding features. Nice clean digital controls, and lots of additional functions through the app, including the ability to add additional custom cycles or remove cycles from the front panel control knob. The bulk detergent took a short time to get used to, but working great! I like that you don't have to add detergent for each individual load. The app allows you to customize the amount used, and it automatically adjusts for larger / smaller loads or heavier cleaning cycles. A great washer!

The machine is working seamlessly. However, ask me about this after 1 year worth of use.

I bought a set with sidekick pedestals. The washer is fine. Cool that you can just fill the detergent tray every so often and it auto dispenses the right amount. The reason I am giving them only 3 stars is because they are extremely fragile. I had to have 3 different dryers delivered over the span of 3 months because they kept showing up damaged. Then after finally getting them into place and installed, I noticed a bunch of tiny dents all over them. If you're the kid of person that wants perfection, don't get these. Any little thing hitting them will dent them.
