    Terrible they delivered a broken missing parts they destroyed my wall and they wouldn't even take my old washing machine out they wouldn't even attempt it they said it wouldn't fit up the stairs cuz it's real tight they made me cut my machine in half and take it out myself terrible

    cheap product. do not buy. the panel stopped working after 1 year and according to LG its not under warranty... cost of 600$ = technician so $800 repair after 1 year.

    Washer flooded after install. It has been a mess trying to get it fixed since they never hit complete install.

    Shook my entire house. Brand new construction. Had to return three times, first time delivery dropped the dryer and broke it. Couldn’t complete washer install. After 3 washers still have the vibration issue, we have returned and purchased a Samsung top loader instead

    Garbage product. Violently shakes during spin cycle. My handyman made sure everything was level, I’ve run 6 loads with different amounts of clothing in to make sure it wasn’t just unbalanced. Since the washer was installed 16 days after delivery, BB told me to pound sand and go through the LG oem warranty.

    I never got the opportunity to even see it let alone able to use it. I had to wait over a month for delivery because every week it was supposed to be delivered it got lost or damaged. So I’m unable to review said item.

    I'm writing this review, not so much for the washer and dyer. It's more about the installation of the product. The 1st "team" sent out were very rude to my wife. Not professional at all. One week later a 2nd team came out and installed the washer and dyer, just a few days after the vent hose for the dryer became disconnected. Called to set up an appointment to have that fixed. Tech never showed, never called, I received no notice at all that they were not going to make it. I hadto call and wait on hold 10-15 minutes to be told that they weren't going to make it. Had to reschedule for another day. We'll see how that works out.

    I purchased in November 2013. March 2025 it requires service because cycle dial stoped working. A year and a half later a top of the line, expensive product needs repair.

    Shakes really bad

    The washer shake really bad at the spin cycle. We requested another one after 3 days. The new one shakes bad too. You can feel the shake in the next room too. The matching dryer has a bad LCD (the rectangular one). We requested a replacement, same issue with the 2nd one. Terrible quality. Stay away!!!

    Arrived dirty and scratched. Vibrated terribly and leaked. Ended up returning ot which led to another nightmare. I do not plan to ever buy another appliance from Best Buy.
