After the spinning malfunctions then the water wouldn't get in to the basin. Seems like tge unit wasn't properly made.

Worst Washer I have ever used.

Have tried various spin cycles, temperatures, and loads. Clothes come out 100 times more wrinkled than when they went in. Reached out for help, and so far nothing.

It is very. futuristic and that is what drawed meto this machine.I also love that I control the ash cycle from the app on my phone. Highly satisfied.Do make sure you read the instructions first prior to using to get optimal benefits.

I love the app that sends me notifications when the wash cycle is complete...and a reminder if I forget to take the clothes out of the washer when the cycle is done. I'm one of those people who forgets to take the laundry out of the washer and often has to re-wash clothes that have been left in there for a day or two. It's very easy to use, and does a great job cleaning - even our King size quilt!

This LG washer replaced a top load, no agitator, that sucked big time!! This washer cleans and gets stains out better than any washer I’ve owned. I love the app that lets me know the cycle is complete. It easily washes king size bedding. I would recommend this washer!

Wash cycles (even the normal one, not just the “quick wash”) are much faster than previous washer. Clothes come out looking great. Glad I got the larger capacity- perfect for washing larger items like blankets.
