    DO NOT purchase any LG machines. Lasted my just over a year and have had multiple issues that they will not cover. Most recently keep getting vibration errors. LG will not service or cover the repairs. I should have known better since I had so many issues with our LG refrigerator. LG does not back there products.

    Do not buy appliances from best buy.

    We have owned this washer for a year now and have been plagued with errors, one being the vibration sensor being faulty causing the macine to stop washing clothes until it has been reset. The other error being a power failure error, but there was never a power failure while using the machine. We have total tech membership and best buy refuses to fix the washer they installed and is covered by their geek squad warranty! The technichian came out and started making excuses right away blaming us trying to get out of doing the warranty repair. Now we are stuck with a washing machine that doesnt work properly for 2 months now and best buy is still refusing to honor the warranty.

    Immediately Broke. LG Doesn't Have Repair Parts

    This is a $1,000 worthless boat anchor. We had it for a few weeks and the controls quit working so that we cannot wash anything. NOBODY can help. Best Buy makes you call LG. LG has no replacement parts and has no idea if or when the replacement parts will be available. We have a brand-new $2,000 washer-dryer set and we have to drive 20 minutes to a laundromat to clean our clothes. Don't count on any help from LG or BestBuy.

    They called 25 minutes before the arrival and left right away without calling us so we could let in remotely. We called without luck and 4 hours later found out they had left. Now we need to reschedule and we have another 12 hour window!
