So simple and does an amazing job. Just like any lg lasts and is cutting technology and very quiet.

I absolutely love my new washer and dryer set. They are super modern and sleek and beautiful to look at but they also function so well! Love the lights in the drums and the reservoir for detergent and softener so I don’t have to add them for every wash. I’ve only had them for about a month so can’t speak to longevity but I actually look forward to doing laundry now.

So far it’s been amazing! Couldn’t be happier! You could say I am a lazy laundry lady but with the smart app I have never been more excited to get off my couch and switch my laundry over!

The service was fantastic. Melvin (if I’m not mistaken) walked us through various washing machine options, advised on all pros and cons. And we got a great deal on the set we bought.

Awesome washer, smart functions are amazing and my wife loves the auto soap and softener features! Upgrades let us choose from multiple musical chimes which is fun also!

We just changed ours out from a Samsung. This is so much nicer, better, and mlre efficient. We love the AI technology that is integrated. By far our favorite appliance that we have ever had!!

This is my first time purchasing a LG brand, my son has told me to try it. I'm glad that I listen to my son. I love my new washer.

The soap dispensing drawer had bad mold that caused the tray to be stacked. The guide for soap dispensing is also installed warped and not flush against the entry further causing the drawer stuck issue. Cheap injection molding and bad QC. Cleaning action is rough for the delicate cycle. Cannot clean queen size comforter thoroughly. I do like the thinkQ app control. Too bad the hardware is subpar. Will never trust LG brand again.

It works great so far! Got it November 2023 and it’s currently December 2023. I love how spacious it is, and how many different washing options there are.

Fantastic machine! The LG app notifications is awesome! It will notify you as to when to move your clothes as well as remind you of the service. Looks great also!

I chose the LG WM5800HVA after an agonizing amount of research comparing reliability data, features, looking at build quality, and real-world user experiences. LG consistently had the lowest service rates among major brands (3-4% vs. 9%+ average), and this model offered the capacity and features I needed without the problems of auto-dispensers that can develop mold issues. Pros so far: Cleans well for normal loads; plenty of cycle options TurboWash 360 is genuinely fast (30-minute cycles) Phone app is actually convenient for cycle monitoring, + fun bonus, you can add custom sounds and animations to washer interface 5.0 cu ft handles big loads easily Quiet operation Steam option Cons: Occasionally find debris (hair, leaves) stuck to the front gasket or inside the tub after wash—requires regular wiping Heavily soiled items sometimes need a second wash (typical for HE washers) Before installing the washer, I looked inside from the bottom, nearly every internal component is plastic—they definitely don't make them to last like they used to, unfortunately this seems to be industry-wide now. Bottom line: It's a solid, efficient machine if you're willing to do regular maintenance (wipe the gasket, leave the door open after using it, and the monthly tub clean). Modern appliances are what they are—plastic internals and planned obsolescence—but the failure rates suggest this is one of the better bets available today. Note; I bought an open-box unit so was able to save several hundred off the sale price

Best washer every bought it works great and doesn't waste alot of water

What can I say about this product.. all I know my wife loves it!! HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE+clean laundry.

I purchased this washer and Pedstal and it was installed by Best Buy. From the beginning the washer makes an extremely loud noise anytime during the spin cycle. As I’m sure everyone knows, it’s extremely difficult to get adequate help when calling Best Buy. Most time, the call seems to be directed to a foreign country where there is a huge communication gap and then you’re transferred somewhere else. Also, when I made this purchase originally and set up the delivery date, Best Buy cancelled the delivery date WITHOUT explanation at Noon on said appoint ment date….This was after the numerous automated confirmations and after the delivery confirmation the morning of delivery. I was sent a text asking me to make an appointment for delivery the same day the washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered…Anyway, no I have a brand new washer that makes extremely loud noises. My previous survey has gone unanswered or unaddressed when I submitted it weeks ago. I have video of this issue and would love for someone at Best Buy to be able to see what I’m dealing with. Unfortunately the thousands of dollars I paid for the washer and dryer is probably all they care about.

Nice user interface with intuitive options. LG's ThinQ app has also worked fine so far.
