Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.pros mostly in the good sound quality & versatility in ease of pairing with several devices: you get what you pay for in those regards. cons, perhaps the design around using a lithium ion powered remote for setting a few things up. panel controls support most functionality, but the remote is easy to lose & the only way to do some things like pairing. if you use it more to provide sound to one device consistently & not care about those functions, may be annoying or weird, but no dealbreaker either.

I researched which where the top Washers in the market today and LG came out as one of the top so, I decided to buy it and I like it very much! it is simple to operate and what I love besides the quality is that it has a light inside it so you cna see the items you have inside. Very pleased with this purchase!

Let's take a look at ALL the things that are wrong with it, and I have only had it around 6 months. 1 - It gives a drainage error EVERY SINGLE TIME I wash anything. We have always taken very good care of the machine, including cleaning out any filters, etc. We have done everything to rectify this problem of having constant drainage errors. We now have to keep a vacuum next to the washing machine to "clear" the "clog" for a load to even finish. 2 - The screen on the front knob is unreadaable about half the time. (see photo) We have to unplug it to reset the screen. It will stay fixed for a couple of days and then become unreadable again. 3 - The machine WILL NOT DRY in AI mode no matter what we do. The clothes come out warm and soaking wet. The machine will dry on every other cycle, except for any of the AI stuff. So, please save yourself some annoyance and buy absolutely anything on planet Earth except this machine. We have someone "coming out to look at it". However, I don't see how they are going to be able to fix this lemon.

(One dial listing all the types of loads) I upgraded to a 5.0 drum cap My favorite extras are the 360 and steam. Its a pleasure doing my laundry. I have a beautiful new toy!

The machine is so quiet compared to my previous top load. It has an app for notifications which is nice. I gave it only 4 because the app basically for ES you to give up access to you location and Bluetooth devices.

They make doing laundry so much easier. The dryer is super efficient so it flows nicely from washer to dryer when doing loads back to back. The clothes come out smelling great and looking nice and clean. It looks nice as well.

We had a horrible experience with the delivery and installation of the product and will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again! The 3rd party vendor is terrible...thank goodness Geek Squad eventually got involved and came and did our installation or our new washer and dryer would have sat in our kitchen for over a week!! Worst experience ever!

This replaced a LG that lasted for close to 15 years. So far washer seems to be fine. I some with an "AI wash" - don't know that it means, but seems to do the trick! BB service was very good.

All the wash modes are easy to use and understand. Machine is well built and very efficient. This is my second LG washer and I’ve not been disappointed yet.
