Let's take a look at ALL the things that are wrong with it, and I have only had it around 6 months. 1 - It gives a drainage error EVERY SINGLE TIME I wash anything. We have always taken very good care of the machine, including cleaning out any filters, etc. We have done everything to rectify this problem of having constant drainage errors. We now have to keep a vacuum next to the washing machine to "clear" the "clog" for a load to even finish. 2 - The screen on the front knob is unreadaable about half the time. (see photo) We have to unplug it to reset the screen. It will stay fixed for a couple of days and then become unreadable again. 3 - The machine WILL NOT DRY in AI mode no matter what we do. The clothes come out warm and soaking wet. The machine will dry on every other cycle, except for any of the AI stuff. So, please save yourself some annoyance and buy absolutely anything on planet Earth except this machine. We have someone "coming out to look at it". However, I don't see how they are going to be able to fix this lemon.

Her app is very intuitive, easy to install on your cell phone. but what impressed us the most was how silent it is

I got a great deal on it for black friday, and our original LG went caput after 15 years. This was a great upgrade, I love how it alerts us to when the load is done on the app, saving a trip down to the basement. The washer is QUIET! (not that it matters for us, it is in a basement, after all) The clothes come out super dry and clean. There are so many wash cycles and the app allows the washer to "upgrade" to new features constantly so I can only see it getting better.

I didnt realize how poorly our old washer worked and am amazed at how efficient and effective this unit is! The smart aspect and receiving push notifications to the phone and tv when a cycle is done is convenient also. I cant say enough how happy I am. Looking forward to update the rest of our appliance to LG over time

We had a horrible experience with the delivery and installation of the product and will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again! The 3rd party vendor is terrible...thank goodness Geek Squad eventually got involved and came and did our installation or our new washer and dryer would have sat in our kitchen for over a week!! Worst experience ever!

Works even better after updating software via LG ThinQ app, which guides the users on when and how to do routine maintanance. Great product. Unfortunately, delivery logistics by Bestbuy web order were a nightmare, with mutliple delays and zero explanation. Local Bestbuy agent and senior staffs were able to help us get the delivery made after several days of delay. Bestbuy website order needs to up their standards on customer communication.
