I owned a LG washer for the past 11 years. I decided to change due to the AI feature. Unfortunately, I did not see any difference between this overpriced washer to the old one. They both work well.

I purchase a GE set and return it in less than 30 days and purchase this LG set on 1/25 and for the most part however I am washing a few pillows, and the washer will not spin dry it keeps saying the machine is unbalance so I have two pillows that I can't dry. Not sure I could recommend this product

We do like the LG Washer. Works absolutely fine so far. When we ordered it, we asked also for removal of the old washer and were told that is no problem. On the delivery day, 10 minutes for the new machine to arrive, we received a call that they cannot take the old washer away because they would not have enough room on the truck. Seems a bit strange, they deliver one, they should have free room to take another one away. They will have to schedule a different day for taking the old machine away which we did. Well, that day passed an nobody showed up. We had to call, were told that we did not pay for taking the machine away which they found out is not correct as it shows on the confirmation number. Scheduled another day, but somebody would have to be home for signing. The new machine is great so far, the whole handling we are not exactly thrilled about.

I bought a set with sidekick pedestals. The washer is fine. Cool that you can just fill the detergent tray every so often and it auto dispenses the right amount. The reason I am giving them only 3 stars is because they are extremely fragile. I had to have 3 different dryers delivered over the span of 3 months because they kept showing up damaged. Then after finally getting them into place and installed, I noticed a bunch of tiny dents all over them. If you're the kid of person that wants perfection, don't get these. Any little thing hitting them will dent them.

So far so good. Still premature, cannot give a rate higher, washer still new. No moment yet probably after a year if there are changes or some problem arise and I hope not. My last LG Washer last in 14 yrs, with some problem replacing parts that cost me $800 to fix. After that it gave up after 14 yrs.

I would give this washer a five star review if I could figure out how to get cold water rinses. It doesn't seem like any cycle will give me a cold water rinse. I don't know if it's because of the warm water rinses , but this washer does get my clothes cleaner than my previous one.

Spin cycle is marginal. Difficult to reach things in the back of the tub. The taller stand would be recommended but it is pricey.

the screen kept saying softner and detergent were low even on the first use, after that on every load it would say the same thing other than that it washed good

If I want fastest spin and coldest water as defaults for Normal or AI cycles, I can't save those settings. With each new load, I have to change those modifiers. You'd think a computer controller would have that capability, but it doesn't.

The washer is great, the ability to fill the dispenser and have it auto disperse the amount, great...the buttons seem like you have to mash them to register. The placement on the pedestal is awful...the holes do not line up since you cannot retract the legs any further. Even the gentleman who installed it says it is a known issue.

I am extremely disappointed with customer service as well as new order delivery. Most of my order was not delivered and backloaded without my knowledge I've already paid to have my gas unhooked, and then we hooked when I discovered my dryer was not coming.

Not enough water is used to wash, does not appear to have option to add more water to load like previous models…Does not seem to get clothes cleaned

Water is not heating up and looks like soap is not dispensing properly

Machine is extra loud especially on spin cycle. Does the job but would not purchase again.

Quality no what I expected. It's okay for now. I think Samsung is a lot better quality.

Very boxy. Did not dispense detergent. Clothes still smelled bad after wash

I like the washer part but the dryer part no so much. When it is done my clothes are still damp. I have to set it to dry only and have to put it on a time. It will not let me do that in the setting when I first start the wash. No matter what wash + dry setting in choose it will only let me select Energy save, normal or off. So far the Energy and normal do not get my load dry. Once I set the time to 30 or 60 it will get them dry finally. But the whole point was to have it all completely DONE.
