I didnt realize how poorly our old washer worked and am amazed at how efficient and effective this unit is! The smart aspect and receiving push notifications to the phone and tv when a cycle is done is convenient also. I cant say enough how happy I am. Looking forward to update the rest of our appliance to LG over time

The drums size is perfect for larger loads. The options for types of loads is a great feature. The ability to have the app on your phone to let you know how much time is left and when the wash is complete is what I love most about this washer. We have 8 people that do wash in our home and I can stay on top of the loads so laundry is not left in the washer .

Our first operated very well for over 13 years! This one works great...very quiet and easy to operate. It holds a lot of laundry. Looks great and fit nicely into our small laundry room. Very pleased with this choice.

I decided to change due to the AI feature. Unfortunately, I did not see any difference between this overpriced washer to the old one. They both work well.

It is so quiet and the garment come out very clean. Love the little tune it plays to alert you the washing are done.

I love the ease of the controls and the option to change what you want. It's nice and large for comforters. The staff was wonderful and very helpful!

When we ordered it, we asked also for removal of the old washer and were told that is no problem. On the delivery day, 10 minutes for the new machine to arrive, we received a call that they cannot take the old washer away because they would not have enough room on the truck. Seems a bit strange, they deliver one, they should have free room to take another one away. They will have to schedule a different day for taking the old machine away which we did. Well, that day passed an nobody showed up. We had to call, were told that we did not pay for taking the machine away which they found out is not correct as it shows on the confirmation number. Scheduled another day, but somebody would have to be home for signing. The new machine is great so far, the whole handling we are not exactly thrilled about.

The capacity and features allowed me to wash and dry larger loads and not worry about forgetting it in either machine with the FreshCare option.

Then one one option is AI! Washer figures it for you. Have not been able to get washer paired to LG app. Keeps rejecting. Should not be that difficult. Took off 1 star. Washer 5 star,LG leaves lot to be desired but dont need it.
