I am using LG washer and dryer for so many year. I had front load ones that lasted more than 10 years. And then we bought top load lg washers/ dryer and we were not happy with top load so switched to front load again and this one is so awesome. It has so many cycles to choose from and AI cycle is amazing. Clothes come out so clean and fresh. We been using since Nov and we love it.

Love LG products…it does what it supposed to do. I took black stainless steel for all my products which I love.

I wasn't so sure about the automatic dispensing when the machines arrived. I did not notice that in the store. I am quite pleased with the adjustments you can make to the auto-dispensing to fit my preferences and those preferences are saved. So many options but they are all fantastic. I don't regret this purchase at all.

Love the new washer. So far only used it a handful of times but has great features, informative phone app and links to Alexa. I have two dogs and used the steam cycle to get the dog bed clean. Came out sparkling clean and smelled good. Always been a Kenmore, GE or Maytag owner and was nervous to move to this brand. So far, so good. Best Buy was wonderful and very quick to get installed- Installer team was professional and respectful of property
