Best washer every bought it works great and doesn't waste alot of water

What can I say about this product.. all I know my wife loves it!! HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE+clean laundry.

I am very pleased with this machine! I had an LG for many years before this and hope this one will last as long

Nice user interface with intuitive options. LG's ThinQ app has also worked fine so far.

I purchased this washer and Pedstal and it was installed by Best Buy. From the beginning the washer makes an extremely loud noise anytime during the spin cycle. As I’m sure everyone knows, it’s extremely difficult to get adequate help when calling Best Buy. Most time, the call seems to be directed to a foreign country where there is a huge communication gap and then you’re transferred somewhere else. Also, when I made this purchase originally and set up the delivery date, Best Buy cancelled the delivery date WITHOUT explanation at Noon on said appoint ment date….This was after the numerous automated confirmations and after the delivery confirmation the morning of delivery. I was sent a text asking me to make an appointment for delivery the same day the washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered…Anyway, no I have a brand new washer that makes extremely loud noises. My previous survey has gone unanswered or unaddressed when I submitted it weeks ago. I have video of this issue and would love for someone at Best Buy to be able to see what I’m dealing with. Unfortunately the thousands of dollars I paid for the washer and dryer is probably all they care about.

The washer is big and very nice looking but it smells very bad. I don’t think anyone wants to purchase an expensive large washer that has to have the door open at all times. It’s an inconvenience and it doesn’t look good. Not happy with it

Love the look of this washer. It is deceptively thin to hold such a large load. It does laundry in half the time my old washer took. Very efficient.

This washer has been a great upgrade. The TurboWash 360 gets clothes clean fast, and the steam option helps with stains and freshness. It runs quietly, even with large loads, and the smart features are convenient. Sleek design in white makes it look great stacked with the matching dryer.

I chose the LG WM5800HVA after an agonizing amount of research comparing reliability data, features, looking at build quality, and real-world user experiences. LG consistently had the lowest service rates among major brands (3-4% vs. 9%+ average), and this model offered the capacity and features I needed without the problems of auto-dispensers that can develop mold issues. Pros so far: Cleans well for normal loads; plenty of cycle options TurboWash 360 is genuinely fast (30-minute cycles) Phone app is actually convenient for cycle monitoring, + fun bonus, you can add custom sounds and animations to washer interface 5.0 cu ft handles big loads easily Quiet operation Steam option Cons: Occasionally find debris (hair, leaves) stuck to the front gasket or inside the tub after wash—requires regular wiping Heavily soiled items sometimes need a second wash (typical for HE washers) Before installing the washer, I looked inside from the bottom, nearly every internal component is plastic—they definitely don't make them to last like they used to, unfortunately this seems to be industry-wide now. Bottom line: It's a solid, efficient machine if you're willing to do regular maintenance (wipe the gasket, leave the door open after using it, and the monthly tub clean). Modern appliances are what they are—plastic internals and planned obsolescence—but the failure rates suggest this is one of the better bets available today. Note; I bought an open-box unit so was able to save several hundred off the sale price

So far, this has been a great washing machine (the dryer is also great!) I wasn’t used to the extended dispenser for detergent and softener, but it is very convenient and is customizable. I like the AI feature and notifications. They are helpful. Clothes are clean and come out great.

We absolutely love it and I am so glad we ended up getting it. Runs very smooth and almost noise free. It’s got many features and very modern. I highly recommend it. It’s worth every buck.

I am extremely happy with this washer. It runs very quietly, cleans clothes thoroughly, and has plenty of settings to customize each load. The drum is spacious and handles large loads easily without losing performance. I also love the modern look and how efficient it is with water and energy. So far it has exceeded my expectations — definitely a great purchase!

The washer is sleek looking, quiet yet powerful, and can handle a lot. Easy to set up and use and has nice mobile smart features.

This washer replaced an older top loading LG unit that was over a decade old. First thing I noticed was how much LESS water this unit used! Much more efficient with its water usage. Cleans even better and uses less water! This has all of the features you can think of in a washer and does them all well, I really like the LG App and how it lets you customize things like which options are displayed on the front control, custom cycle alert music and seasonal themes. It's large enough for all of our loads and does them quickly and quietly. We still use Pods for detergent, but this has a reservoir to hold up to 36 loads worth of HE detergent if you use liquid. We might switch for the convenience. The detergent, softener and bleach tray is easy to use and works as expected. The ability to customize the preset modes on the fly is great. You can also do some things with the app remotely like add a cycle or change the way it handles the laundry after the cycle is completed. The Steam mode is great when you want that extra heat for sterilizing something. The Delicate cycle is great for those delicate things... It may seem like some modes are missing when you need to do something like just a rinse and spin, but those modes are there but hidden until you make them visible with the app. This washer cleans well and the smart features make it really easy to use. It's extremely quiet and we rarely notice any sort of vibration from it. We've washed just about everything you can think of and all of it was handled beautifully. Note: this unit is very heavy! Much heavier than our old machine.

Best washer I have ever used. I had the 5.2CUft version for a few years at my old house and it was perfect! I moved and purchased this newer version and it is even better! Definitely, buy LG for a washer or dryer. This model is great for it's large capacity, speed, washing and reliability.
