I love it cause I’m a nurse so when I’m taking care of Covid patients Pepi, any bacteria, any respiratory disease, I know my LG washer or disinfect clean my clothes so I thank you I think you for the customer service at Best Buy. Thanks.

Im not sure the difference in all the types of wash cycles it has but clothes come out clean so I cant complain. We havent had any issues with odor like some others mention with front load washers but we leave the door open when not in use. It is a great upgrade from a small basic top load washer.

It has so many different cycles to choose from! Only down side was that the guys who installed it scratched it in multiple places and then tried to cover it up with the papers that are taped to the top of the machine…

It's a front load, & has turbo wash & steam on it, all my clothes have come out beautifully clean. Saves on electricty & water. we bought it from Best Buy Bristol,Tenn. A good place to shop

It does a great job washing all my laundry and getting everything really clean, and I like all the variety of different wash cycles it has to choose from. It is very quiet when it runs too.

Best Buy made it so easy and the delivery people were on time and friendly. Keep me informed as to their arrival, set up both items and also showed me how to use them both. Much appreciated since I have never had front loaders before. Also gave me some tips too!!!

No detergent residue, efficient rinsing, easy to add extra rinse, varying soiled levels, water temperature, spin strength. Very reliable.

Ran over 60 loads in it, with no problem. I like how it reminds you to clean the tub after 30 loads. Waiting on the matching dryer to complete the set.

This works great. I had gottena whirlpool and it did not spin correctly. Clothes were left sopping wet. I had exchanged it twice and same problem. This LG wash is great. Finally! I am getting them again for someone else.
