Automatic detergent dispenser....I thought this was an unnecessary feature but...I absolutely love it!!! The machine is great. Also, the two guys who came from Best Buy and installed it were great. Everything was perfect. Better than expected!

I love this washer and dryer combo! They make doing laundry so much easier. The dryer is super efficient so it flows nicely from washer to dryer when doing loads back to back. The clothes come out smelling great and looking nice and clean. It looks nice as well.

LG has created Simplicity at its finest. (One dial listing all the types of loads) I upgraded to a 5.0 drum cap My favorite extras are the 360 and steam. Its a pleasure doing my laundry. I have a beautiful new toy!

Great appliance. There are multiple options for different loads of laundry. Looks great with the rest of our LG appliances of which we have had good luck. It makes the chore of doing laundry fun while learning how to best use all the settings.

I owned a LG washer for the past 11 years. I decided to change due to the AI feature. Unfortunately, I did not see any difference between this overpriced washer to the old one. They both work well.

I’ve only had the washer for about three weeks but so far I love it. Does a great job so quiet you don’t even know it’s running. Such an improvement over my old washer.

This was a scratch and dent washer, but is working perfectly.

So far so good! Really nice finish. The machine is so quiet compared to my previous top load. It has an app for notifications which is nice. I gave it only 4 because the app basically for ES you to give up access to you location and Bluetooth devices.

Have only done a few loads of laundry so far. But works great, especially like the automatic detergent and softener dispenser.

I’ve only had this for about a month and I absolutely love it! There are so many cycles to customize your wash and it’s very easy to customize. I previously had an LG top loader that lasted about 13 years before it started having costly problems so all in all I’m confident I’ll get a good run out of this machine. The other surprise for me was how fun using the app is I love the notifications that I get reminding me that the cycle is complete and I enjoy seeing my energy usage for each load. The only thing that isn’t as easy vs my top loader is how to add laundry additives like oxi clean or borax which I use frequently. I had to write in to customer service to get an answer when it should just be noted in the manual.
