This washer is working so well. Didn’t have any problems.

I have had this machine machine for about a month now and can say that I have had nothing but a possitive experience so far. I love the auto metering soap and fabric softener feature. I did a lot of research before buying and it seems this model has a good reputation for reliability and functionality.

I’ve had my LG washer for a couple of months now and I am extremely pleased. It is so quiet and the garment come out very clean. Love the little tune it plays to alert you the washing are done.

This is our second LG. Our first operated very well for over 13 years! This one works great...very quiet and easy to operate. It holds a lot of laundry. Looks great and fit nicely into our small laundry room. Very pleased with this choice.

Now if they would only invent one that folds the clothes. This Machine has been amazing. If you buy one, read the instructions and watch some Youtubes to get the most out of it.

Washer is 5 star. Features in 1 dial innovative. Then one one option is AI! Washer figures it for you. Have not been able to get washer paired to LG app. Keeps rejecting. Should not be that difficult. Took off 1 star. Washer 5 star,LG leaves lot to be desired but dont need it.

We do like the LG Washer. Works absolutely fine so far. When we ordered it, we asked also for removal of the old washer and were told that is no problem. On the delivery day, 10 minutes for the new machine to arrive, we received a call that they cannot take the old washer away because they would not have enough room on the truck. Seems a bit strange, they deliver one, they should have free room to take another one away. They will have to schedule a different day for taking the old machine away which we did. Well, that day passed an nobody showed up. We had to call, were told that we did not pay for taking the machine away which they found out is not correct as it shows on the confirmation number. Scheduled another day, but somebody would have to be home for signing. The new machine is great so far, the whole handling we are not exactly thrilled about.

The steam function allows me to dryclean my suits. Requires a kit to install but it doesnt cost much.

I love our new washer and got the dryer to match. I love the ease of the controls and the option to change what you want. It's nice and large for comforters. The staff was wonderful and very helpful!

This washer is amazing, cuts down normal wash time to half then usual washers. My Samsung washer that I replaced with this was doing a “normal load” in 47 minutes. This LG washer does the same load on “normal” mode in 29 minutes. Saves you time and money on your water bill! Also the washer can hold a decent amount of detergent and it auto dispenses it for every wash, when you get low on detergent or softener it lets you know and beeps at you. Overall I rate this washer an absolute 10/10

This is an amazingly smart washing machine - so many options to get your laundry perfectly clean. Highly recommend!

Great purchase. This washing machine works great and is always good to have the peace of mind that best buy is there to back you up in case something happens to it.

Love, love, love this washer. The WIFI and AI features are nice additions - so many washing cycles, easy to use and I can control it all with my phone!!!

1st time buying LG and it didn’t disappoint, in process of upgrading all appliances to LG

Replaced our old unit. So glad I went with LG! The capacity and features allowed me to wash and dry larger loads and not worry about forgetting it in either machine with the FreshCare option.

Washer is great! I am so glad I chose it. Installation was smooth. There is a little learning curve, but intuitive enough to run a load right away.

Very spacious and user friendly. Easy to use, settings are easily accessible. The application works well and the customizations are one of a kind.

I used to have top loaded washer before. Biy, I did not know the difference. I think front loaded washer so much better. Washing good, senses load, impeccable job. Love it!
