We had an LG washer at our previous home. The buyer wanted us to leave it. We purchase this LG when we arrived at our new home and we are not disappointed. This is a great washer

Very easy to use! Easy access to throw in clothes which i love because i don’t have to bend down getting the clothes out of the dryer or washer!

My wife loves doing laundry again with this set. This washer is super efficient and work’s excellent! I do appreciate using this and the matching dryer we bought, it’s top of the line!

It was completely amazing product or item. Even though a little scratch of damage at the lower side because of the delivery it's ok.its easy to used.

I have only had the 6500 set for about two weeks so far. Upgraded from a HE top loader - impressed with the drastically reduced cycle times compared to the machine it replaced. Has all the same cycles and features as the 6700 (aside from auto-dispense detergent). I prefer the tray layout and benefits of measuring my own detergents/softeners which the 6700 does not allow to be done for softener.

I was reluctant to buy at first because of the small LCD display. I only had it a couple of days but find it works fantastic. Love the wi-fi capabilities and alerts of cycle completion.

Bought this to replace my old washer. We’ve had it for a few months and love it. Works very well, the AI setting works no matter the load, and definitely uses less water than our previous machine. Look forward to getting the dryer version once that one goes.

I love my l g washer and dryer. It's very easy to operate especially Turning the controller to AI. It washes perfectly and the clothes are dry just as they should be.

Fast and quiet. It does the job quickly without making too much noise. I've put maybe 50 loads through it so far and no issues. The connectivity was easy to setup. There are cheaper options, and I think there is a premium for the simplistic look, but I think it was worth it.

The best experience from the salesperson to the delivery men. I am very happy with my washer my clothes come out so clean and the machine helps me decide what kind of wash to put it on.

I like the technology on the machine as our whole house gas LG products that communicate through the ThinQ app. Very conservative on water usage and is fairly quiet.

Great... so far! No problems with our new machine. It is super quiet and spins out so that the clothes dry quickly! It plays a pleasant tune to signal that the load is done.

very nice! always much cleaner than with old washer. A bit complicated, but getting use to it. Suprised that the after water drainage to empty is volumous, about 8 onces. Aleo, when delivered, cannot find the nuts and plate that "should be re- installed when moving"???

EXCELLENT!!! Love the washer. Roomy, great spin cycles - clothes come out almost dry. Great autoloading detergent features.

The AI feature is extremely helpful when doing smaller loads. It automatically calculates the duration. Most of the times, it takes shorter to dry a load than the regular settings

The washer is great, very simple to use and love the color.

We recently moved and had to replace the samsung front loader we had. Did alot of research and this machine always came out as the recommeded one, We could not be happier with the machines functions, Quick but very efficiant wash cycles and even tho we where not looking for a wifi enabled washer, we have quickly grown to love it and use the wifi feature to monitor the running load and alerts that the cycle is complete

My husband and I have been needing a new washer / dryer for a while. I’m not very picky but was when it came to this purchase and I love it . The color, the quality and how easy it is to use is great !
