So far only used it a handful of times but has great features, informative phone app and links to Alexa. I have two dogs and used the steam cycle to get the dog bed clean. Came out sparkling clean and smelled good. Always been a Kenmore, GE or Maytag owner and was nervous to move to this brand. So far, so good. Best Buy was wonderful and very quick to get installed- Installer team was professional and respectful of property

The detergent and softener automatic storage tank make washing so easy. I'l never go back to pouring for each load. That's so 2019. We've had LG washers before and they are great. We eave the front door open when it's not being used to insure we don't have any odor problems. 10/10

Hooks to wifi, has remote start, send messages to your phone with the laundry is done, even tells the dryer what is about to be dried. The 5.0 Cu.ft drum is huge, if you are short like my wife it is a pretty good reach to the back to get clothes out. It replaced an older LG model, in terms of cleaning, I think the loads may take a little longer depending on the cycle used. I would recommend the machine, I suspect that you could be a less expensive model with out all of the tech and potential for things to break for a bit less money. I and my wife are happy with the purchase.
