    the screen kept saying softner and detergent were low even on the first use, after that on every load it would say the same thing other than that it washed good

    DO NOT BUY!!! One month after the warranty was over, the washer started leaking from the front bottom left corner. Extremely frustrating. Will never buy an LG appliance again. We have had a Samsung lasted longer than this, and we all know how bad Samsung appliances are. Very sorry that I didn’t move my $500 Whirlpool front load machine with us when we sold our home.

    Spin cycle is marginal. Difficult to reach things in the back of the tub. The taller stand would be recommended but it is pricey.

    Great machine, clothes come great, and it uses lot less water than my old one, the app works good, it tells us when the cycle is done and we can restart it if needed... Very happy.
