I have to set it to dry only and have to put it on a time. It will not let me do that in the setting when I first start the wash. No matter what wash + dry setting in choose it will only let me select Energy save, normal or off. So far the Energy and normal do not get my load dry. Once I set the time to 30 or 60 it will get them dry finally. But the whole point was to have it all completely DONE.

Beware of current Best Buy Service

Geek Squad isn't what it use to be! Delivery team dented and scratched the appliances. Told me to call Best Buy for replacement. Damaged existing dryer vent when removing - replaced with BB part which wasn't long enough to connect to new dryer. Left without finishing the install. When I went to use my washing machine, all water poured from utility sink onto floor as delivery team unhooked the drain at the bottom. After attempting to tighten, additional plumbing underneath sink is now leaking. After raising concern for a potential gas leak, BB finally sent 3rd party vendor back out (after day 3) to install a dryer vent I purchased from Amazon and attempt to tighten plumbing undeneath utility sink.

Lasted my just over a year and have had multiple issues that they will not cover. Most recently keep getting vibration errors. LG will not service or cover the repairs. I should have known better since I had so many issues with our LG refrigerator. LG does not back there products.

Do not buy appliances from best buy.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have owned this washer for a year now and have been plagued with errors, one being the vibration sensor being faulty causing the macine to stop washing clothes until it has been reset. The other error being a power failure error, but there was never a power failure while using the machine. We have total tech membership and best buy refuses to fix the washer they installed and is covered by their geek squad warranty! The technichian came out and started making excuses right away blaming us trying to get out of doing the warranty repair. Now we are stuck with a washing machine that doesnt work properly for 2 months now and best buy is still refusing to honor the warranty.

Immediately Broke. LG Doesn't Have Repair Parts

We had it for a few weeks and the controls quit working so that we cannot wash anything. NOBODY can help. Best Buy makes you call LG. LG has no replacement parts and has no idea if or when the replacement parts will be available. We have a brand-new $2,000 washer-dryer set and we have to drive 20 minutes to a laundromat to clean our clothes. Don't count on any help from LG or BestBuy.

We called without luck and 4 hours later found out they had left. Now we need to reschedule and we have another 12 hour window!
