Great spacious machine. No noise, works awesomely always

This machine is a technological wizard. Measures the amount of clothes both by weight and volume, cleans it the most efficient way and save electricity and water in the process. Plus as a Toploader it doesn't have the mildewy smell that front loaders can have. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line washing machine.

Fantastic washing machine. The only thing keeping it from a 5 is the fact that fingerprints show up immediately and it scratches so easily. If I had my choice save your money and get the white machines. It’s really disappointing. I almost gave it 3 stars because I spent so much money and white was on back order. Washes clothes like no other.

I just purchased this LG washer, already like it so much. There is very little noise when it is washing, unlike the Samsung that I had replaced. Samsung was a good washer too, but too loud and had a couple of issues . It takes much longer time to wash, but has a higher load capacity, so no complaints.

No problems so far and a lot of capacity runs smooth

I switched from a front loader to a top loader and am happy that I did. This machine works well and I love the fact that if you are washing a large load, you can add more water. Just beware that if you are short, (I am 5'1'') that it is sometimes difficult to get all the clothes out of the tub into the dryer. LOL.

I've had experience with LG previously so I was very familiar with their quality. They did not disappoint with continuing with quality. This washer is not only as good as it was with my previous machine but it's better. Cleans the clothes great and easy to operate. I absolutely love the grey after years of buying white.

After shopping around, chose this washer (and accompanying dryer) as the best choice - and it was! Very happy with it. So many different settings! Can personalize each load of washing. Not too noisy. Great job cleaning. Fun little song for notification when it is done. Great overall! Will stick with LG from now on.

There are many pluses with this washer: numerous cycles, big tub, clean display, cute chimes, fast speed, and it is very quiet. It handles comforters well. Some cycle choices are confusing. ("Bright White"? Towels?) I was on the LG Live Chat 3 times since the instruction booklet is poor. I do find the low water a problem. When you see through the glass lid that clothes are "washing" but are still dry -- even with the "Add Water" feature -- it is a concern. I now routinely open the lid & add a bucket or 2 of water. It cleans OK, but you need to pre-treat. The bleach dispenser leaks or dumps the bleach in at once, risking blotches, so I add 2 cups of water with any bleach. There is no way to add non-chlorine bleach. It spins clothes very dry.

We are really satisfied with this washer. The capacity is amazing, I can barely reach the bottom. I'm 5'8 so it's really huge. I love that I can wash 3 sets of sheets at one time. No problems with mold like the front loader we had previously.

Works as advertised! I have had it for about a month. I am very pleased with its performance. My delicates are treated gently and I like the steam feature. I was able to get a couple of kitchen throw rugs I was going to toss to look almost new. I would definitely recommend it. 8-28-18

We replaced our Whirlpool front load washer dryer set on pedestals with the LG washer top load and dryer and we are very pleased with their performance. Plus my laundry room looks so much bigger. Even the cat will go in and use litterbox while the machines are running. Way to go LG!

This was a Christmas present from me and my husband to ourselves. It is whisper quiet, energy efficient and cleans our clothes better than the old center agitator we used to have. Best part- the machine is so quiet, the cat is no longer afraid to go in the laundry room when the washer is going.

The inside its huge. Easy to use and understand. I am impressed with the size and easy features to use to wash clothes. Improvement over my 7 year old washer GE. It be nice if Best Buy sold better water hose, I went somewhere else and bought better quality and installed myself but used the free delivery.

No frustrations or disappointments with this LG - 5.2 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Top-Loading Washer. It does does everything its promoted to do. I'm very well pleased with this product. And the delivery team was exceptional!! My daughter has this same washer and is also very pleased!

I absolutely love my new set. I was tried of the bulky oversized front loads and decided to go back to the traditional top load washing machine, and boy am I glad I did! This one has more than enough room for large fluffy comforters.

This washer and dry far exceeds my expectations, as the washer more than adequately washes my clothes, both machines are the quietest I've ever had or seen! They both have all of the bells and whistles for a very reasonable price! The are beautiful looking and am happy with these appliances!
