I tried to buy the bigger model but it would not fit in my home. This model is huge anyway and works great. This is my first washer with steam. The steam is great for really making my laundry fresh.

I switched from a front load to this top loader. The drum is so big it can easily handle bulky blankets and comforters. The cleaning results are excellent and I love the dryer. So glad I purchased them!

Excellent energy saver washer with separate compartments for washing detergent, fabric softner and bleach. When you wash bedding, you had to do it twice. If not, detergent stays on the bedding.

Clothes have little moisture left and so they dry faster. It's pretty quiet. Has all the options I need, although I haven't tried many. Have used the washer about 1 week and it's done well so far.

I really like the new model. I had the older model for 12 years, and just wanted more cubic space. You will not be sorry about this purchase. Best washer I have ever had!

After doing a lot of research (Consumer Reports, etc.) we selected this washer and it has not disappointed us. The steam cycle so far seems like a forth while addition. Capacity is great.

I went front loading to avoid any of the mold or mildew issues that front loaders are facing. I am very pleased so far, and love how much clothes I can fill this with and still get a great wash.

have only owned for a few months but was everything we were looking for. spacious top loader that doesn't get moldy. wash times are longer than front loader but that's to be expected

Very happy with the purchase. Price was great and the washer is very reliable. Washer is quiet and does not vibrate as much as other washers. Very satisfied with this washer.

The washer is so easy to figure out. Love all the options it gives for washing delicates, bedding, soiled, normal, everything u want in a great washer! We have been enjoying it!

We love the HE top load washer. It is BIG. We have had 2 front loads before this and just not that great, Only complaint with this one, is reaching the bottom if your shorter

The washer is quiet, little to no vibration even with heavy, king-sized bedding. Definitely better than the Cabrio junk that it replaced. I wish I had bought this sooner.

My samsung washer was recalled and we had to get a new set. We skipped Samsung all together and went with this set and I absolutely love it! It's heads above a better product and I love the color!

I'm naturally a negative person so don't read in to this too much...a few glitches: Need to use the "water plus" feature if you want your clothes to go fully underwater! Don't set anything on top of it while in use...it will scratch the top! It's loud during some cycles. Otherwise, Beautiful machine, huge tub, love mine.

This washer can fit more laundry than I can dry! It also has a soak and a disinfect mode which is perfect for my 12 yr old son’s clothes

Yes, this washer is at the higher end of the price spectrum but it's worth it. This thing is pretty awesome. Great washing, regardless of the size of the load. I haven't even explored some of the unique features like the steam and other stuff but I assume it's pretty good.

What a washer machine. My old washing machine only had 6 cycles this machine has more than double that amount. The drum is huge. I can't imagine every filling it up. I love this machine!

The washer doesn't have the middle piece like the old washers which give you more space - enough space to wash a queen size comforter. User friendly and it just looks good too.

Purchased as a gift for my mom as well as the matching steam dryer and she loves them. They are wonderful products and definitely recommend them to anyone as a purchase.
