Love the large tub size but may be difficult for shorter person to get laundry out of washing machine.

Great washer, nice features. Went from a front loader to this one love it some much more.

I gave this product a 2 because it did not clean my guinea bedding. I washed the bedding numerous times with all the added features of overriding the water level, having it soak, etc.. it always came out looking the same way I put it in, Dirty. So for this reason I was very dissatisfied. It also made me question if my regular loads of clothes were really clean. I did like the different cycles you could use, the fact that you could override the water level. The machine is very user friendly and quiet. I just wished it cleaned better. I returned for a front loader washing machine. It works much better for my special laundry needs.

H;oses for steam connection not long enough. Install was not satisfactory and steam hose to dryer was stretched to a maximum length and dryer vent was also stretched to a maximum length and pulled out too far from wall. Best Buy store agreed that pictures showed a poor install.

We love the black stainless, glass top to look in but not a fan of cheap dispenser, doesn't clean clothes very well (I even add extra water and rinse every single load), and the sensor buttons aren't reliable. We had to replace our first one bc it wouldn't work regardless of who touched it. Had to turn it off and back on and then worked. We occasionally have that issue with the replacement but we're able to get it to work after a few tries without having to restart. Yes, we tried using different fingers, ensuring our skin isn't overly dry or wet, and having hubs vs me do it. It's finnicky. The completion signal is beyond annoying, loud, and unnecessary to play for so long. It woke up my toddler who was sleeping one floor [indirectly] above the first time we used it. Needless to say we're annoyed with this set and wished we got something else.

So far so good. Relatively quiet. Seems effective. Long was times though.

We have only had this LG washer for a month so I will have to see how well it holds up over time. One things for sure is that after having 3 samsung washers leak and breakdown in one year, we will never purchase a samsung product again. So buy any washer but samsung, is my recommendation for you.

Nice large washer with plenty of wash options. Did I say big? Big and deep. Enjoying it!

Takes half the time to wash clothes now. A bit on the pricey side though.

When making a big purchase such as this, I really really do my research. I LOVE this washer and it does all the things the review stated and its so beautiful!!! It's my pride & joy and being a new home owner, when giving a tour its one of the first place I show is the laundry room.

Just bought this dryer from BestBuy - Got a good deal during Memorial Day sale. Appreciate the excellent sales staff. Washer looks very good with many new features. So far this has worked fine to satisfy our needs. Timely delivery and installation was excellent.

This machine replaces a Samsung whose heating element kept burning out. So far this machine has exceeded my expectations and has dried my clothing quickly and efficiently. I have had to up the time on a few loads and probably because I chose the wrong drying cycle.

IM GLAD I WAITED AND DID MY HOMEWORK BEFORE I ACTUALLY PURCHASED A WASHER. MY LAUNDRY IS DONE IN HALF THE TIME AND I LOVE THE FACT THAT ITS BIG ENOUGH TO WASH A COMFORTER SO I DONT HAVE TO GO TO THE LAUNDROMAT ANYMORE.

Replacement washer since old washer quit working. Wanted a top loader because old front loader had an odor. New washer has a large capacity and does an excellent job cleaning.

I bought this LG washing machine to replace one we had for a lot of years. I can’t say enough good about it, it washes our clothes, towels and other laundry extremely well. Our laundry is softer and cleaner than it was before. I would highly recommend this washer.

So far, so good. I have only had this for about a month. I like this better than the front loader I had previously. There is no rubber gasket to get moldy. The drum is huge, can do super sized loads. Definitely great for anyone with a large family!

Looked for a large washer that could handle large quilts, blankets etc.

I really like this washer. The tub is huge. The auto-water level works well. The spin cycle is like a jet engine and the clothes come out nearly dry, but it's super quiet.

Love everything about this washer! I was a little hesitant to buy anything other than a Maytag after owning one for 14 years with very little needed maintenance. So far this has proven to be worth every penny! Not to mention it’s very nice looking.
