    This dryer is great except that the steam function leads to "iffy" situations with the clothes. I have to put it on another round of dry drying before the clothes are dry. Otherwise, this is great. Reversing the door's opening worked perfectly but a couple of steps are not as clear and I needed to backtrack a few steps.

    Got this dryer as an open box purchase. Great price point considering it only had a little scratch on the front. However, upon delivery there were dents and scratches galore. Dryer works and I will never get it at that price again. So, I kept it. The washer next to it blocks most of the damage being visible. Dryer cycles offer little to no wiggle room. I end up selecting Speed Dry setting and plug in my own preferences. Have yet to try the Steam option. Would I pay full price? Nope. But if you can find a good deal, you'll be happy.

    Had go return washer and dryer as basement location would not allow proper installation of hoses for steam operation. Dryer electrical connection and vent were too far from cold water pipe to allow correct install. Hose was stretched too tight and dryer vent was stretched too tight. Had to replace with LOG i7200.

    We bought this dryer to replace one that was 17 years old, and what a difference! This dryer is so quiet that we don't even know it's on. It dries the clothes very nicely if you use the higher heat settings. When I dry the clothes on "Normal" some of the clothes are still damp at the end of the cycle. Overall, we are satisfied with this dryer.
