Always getting D80 error

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The dryer did a good job but stops for a D80 error every now and then. I did not stay on top of calling LG and it has been two years and it is no longer under warranty. There is no LG technician in The Woodlands, TX but they provided three authorized service center contacts. I cannot give the dryer a good review due to this. I am also wondering if Best Buy technician installed a vent connector that is too long fir the area.

I love my washer and dryer.

The washing machine does not have an agitator, it is very quiet, and it gets my clothes clean. I love that I can wash comforters with no problem at all. I can see my clothes when they are washing or drying because of the glass in the door and lid. I like the convenience of the dryer door opening from the top of the door and the side of the door. Laundry is no longer a chore with my new washing machine and dryer.
