Not a fan of the dry sensor. Most loads dry without issue, but if you try to add more time when the clothes are slightly damp, it shuts it off before the clothes have dried completely. This happens even when you turn the sensor off.

Nice washer, attractive and has a nice jingle at end of cycle

We do about 20 loads so far and we are very pleased.

Looks great, makes little to no noise. Main issue..the lint was outside around the lint screen instead of inside the lint screen. Clothes did not smell fresh at all. Didn’t work well, I ended up returning it!!!

Read instructions carefully, there is a learning curve.

Good quality.Dries clothes well. Better than expected .

ok dryer, economy mode takes a longgggggg time to dry

LG laundry pair seems to function as expected.....

The dryer works well and I like all the settings. Getting a notification that it is done on my phone is nice since the "done" song isn't very loud. However, you have to set this dryer to "very dry" or else it just never finishes the job.

5 months old and the dryer has an error code it has an 80% blockage, flo sense is useless. It’s high tech evaluation test wont work. Takes 3 cycles to dry , LG sent repairman under warranty 5 times, so far have replaced every working part and same error code same issue Best Buy refuses to help as I didn’t take there extended warrantee. Lg service is polite but to replace it, apparently they would rather spend 3x the cost of the original dryer than admit defeat and waste hours of my time in my house and on phone calls. They have sent 2 different appliance repair companies and now they are replacing the most expensive part that has already been replaced. Dryer is so beat up from being taken apart it looks like it’s been through a war zone and still no resolve. Worst appliance experience ever. last LG i will ever buy.

The dryer works well and efficiently dries clothes; however, it lets off a lot of heat and I have to shut off my laundry room so the rest of the house doesn't heat up. Trying to find a solution.

I replaced a dryer that needed an expensive repair. I was told by the salesman that the door could be reversed, which turned out not to be true. The door also partially opens...kinda a chute like. Never told it does not open flat. I think that is a terrible design feature. Had to have my washer and dryer reversed, which I do not like to accommodate the door opening. Also, the customer service in the Philipinesvis awful. Whatever you save doing that is not worth the bad public relations. Cannot recommend the LG Dryer. Wish I could sr.tart over....

So the dryer is good only issue I have is that the dryer will stop when the sensor feel like its dry even tho it's not otherwise good product for dryer

It was never properly installed. Sometimes it doesn’t dry very well. I called two times and the problem wasent fixed

Operates as expected though it does not seem to circulate all items evenly and some items always remain damp when using the sensor dry.

At time of purchase we opted for the side vent retrofit which is an extra cost & we paid. Necessary due to limited space. Tech couldn't do the side venting on delivery day due to wrong part. Must come back. He returned promptly, took the dryer apart & I requested that he also change opening the door to R/L. I had to leave the hse telling him to finish up & also lock upon leaving. The first time opening door, it fell off, STILL WAITING

LG was willing to honor the warranty but the place they assigned me to had NO technicians. (LG had given me a reference no.) So I called back and said I needed to go somewhere else. Got permission to go elsewhere. (They gave me another reference no.) I called the second approved place and they said the reference no. wasn't any good, that I would need an APN no. LG had told me to have them call. They said they couldn't call because LG wouldn't let that happen--they are very strict about policy and that the customer reps at LG were frequently wrong. So...long story short--I am buying a new dryer, NOT AN LG and have bought the Geek Squad warranty.

I think it should have better control over the heat.

I'm not impressed with this dryer. I usually have to turn it on a 2nd time to make sure things are dry. Unfortunately, I need to have a technician come back to look at it because the hose is letting lint come back into my house. The installer did not hook it on correctly. The technicians didn't turn my water back on either in the laundry room after the installation.
