After about 3 weeks it seems to be a pretty good machine and my wife is pleased with her usage. My only wish is I would have liked it had a light inside when one opens the door to observe the contents. Maybe that's why we keep losing one sock. ha ha

I wanted to love this and keep it. It dried.. and quickly. BUT every load from the very beginning threw an error code. One of which would void the warranty if we kept the machine and kept having issues. It kept throwing a flowsense error. We replaced all of our venting. Made sure everything was open and clean. Our vent is a little long and runs up. Turns out this is a common issue for this machine with any venting that is a little longer. So if you have longer duct work I don’t recommend. But if you have normal it was a great machine for the two weeks we had it other than the constant error codes.

This new LG dryer is a wonderful upgrade. Very quiet; no more clanging in the dryer. Also, when the drying cycle is complete, no more clothes stuck together and wrinkled. Each item seems to be separately dried. This dryer also has several settings to ensure user has the correct options for the type of drying necessary for the task at hand.

We've been using this dryer for a couple of months & have run several loads. We are very happy with the results & noise level. The electronic manual has a lot of guidelines of how to best use this dryer which are very helpful.

While this dryer fulfills its title, its sensor function doesn't work well. I've owned this dryer for at least 6 months and the clothes have still been damp using sensor mode, which leads me to need to use the manual or timed dry functions to complete drying. Also, if you have a small load, they're less likely to be dry using sensor mode. My previous Maytag dryer functioned much better with its automatic sensor. Also, the machine has a default chime for end of cycle. I wanted to turn this off and followed all directions to do so, along with the guidance of a customer service person, but no luck. I wouldn't purchase this machine again.

Lots of great features for the price point. Lots of space inside in terms of Cubic FT meanwhile the frame outside is smaller than most dryers and less heavy.

Very satisfied with LG dryer performance and features. It also fits well in our existing laundry room space.

Dryer gets hot and dries quickly. I personally appreciate that the options are simple and easy to use. Don’t need a major high tech dryer but need simple efficiency which this provides

We needed a new dryer and after looking at a lot of different brands we decided on this one. We always heard good things about LG. The dryer is very quiet when it's running and it looks really nice. We have only used it for a short time but so far we are happy with our purchase.

I was used to a dryer where the door opened down so I’d have a platform to catch the clean clothes. I’m still getting used to the change but I like the bigger opening for bedding. My clothes dry in about 30 min.

I wasn't in the market for the most complex array of options. This model offers plenty of combinations of settings and, so far, I'm very pleased with its performance. As always, durable goods are long-term relationships, not brief flings, and so we'll have to go through some more times together before it warsrants an excellent rating.
