    Very excellent dryer, I love it!!! I will look to Best Buy for guidance with all my appliances because of the excellent Sales Person with lots of knowledge And excellent service!!! And the Delivery Men were also same excellent professionals with great customer service!!!

    The guys who did the delivery were respectful and efficient. The dryer plus hook up products were all in great condition. However, next time I will be paying the extra fee for the hook up. I thought it would be simple, I was very wrong. Thats my error though.

    Nice dryer but EVERYTIME we attempt to dry our comforter we get this D80 error message and the dryer just cuts off. Any other time the dryer works great. Just not sure why this happens but my lines are lint free and the unit works when we don’t attempt to dry a comforter

    Im unsure when best buy set this up the predet all settings how to unlock settings so its not drying i have to run it two times two cycles to get close to dry frustrating why i got a new dryer. I love how big it is its huge!! Just hope to fig out how to ulock and pick settings we want not how employees pre set all and locked it

    Simple dials and buttons to select the type of dry cycle I want. Door feels solid and easy to open and close. Lint catcher is also easy to remove and replace. I've had it for about a month now and have no complaints.

    Nice big dryer drum! The filter rattles a tiny bit - not sure why, but not a problem. I have a dog that sheds & the filter is wonderful. Nice notification (dryer done) tones too. Consumer Reports showed all LG dryers as top choices & I can see why.

    This dryer is simple to use and very sleek in design. I will say that you shouldn’t dry heavy loads in it because I noticed running it on a full cycle with a heavy load does not get the clothes super dry, they were still a little damp. I would say medium loads or smaller are best.
