The washer was great too and work smoothly. The customer service was great, the agent took his time to work with me and explained to me all the features. I will go back for other stuff when I need to.

I had to get a pig tail and hook up it to the dryer. Sold separately. I had no idea. Dryer seems okay, time will tell. I prefer gas, but the sane brand in gas was defective.

Then it sometimes holds on to moisture after finishing, but that could be the way my house is set up for the dryer vent. The heating coil stopped working 2 weeks after the factory warranty expired/ended.

Extremely counterproductive.

Very respectful, and efficient. They even called to see if they could service me today instead of tomorrow. This worked out great for me. They rock!
