    The appliances I purchased from Best Buy were supposed to be delivered today, but they didn’t arrive. Now they’re saying they will be delivered on February 4th. The appliances that were supposed to be delivered on January 28-29 are delayed, and on top of that, they casually tell me I can cancel if I want. I planned my moving date and everything based on this delivery. Do not rely on Best Buy’s delivery service!

    I bought this peace of lemon from best buy with extra protection, and it is been headache since it is not working properly and I have been played in between Manufacture warranty and best buy protection without a resolution, I have contacted both parties and still till this day for 3 months having issue, so I guess never use LG or best buy again for appliances.

    I've had this dryer for 3 days and it's awful. It doesn't dry completely, it shuts off and the clothes are still damp. I would not recommend this product.

    Dryer works well, I like the door that opens out along with opening to one side. I do NOT like that the top of the dryer is slanted, so anything I put on it falls off. Weird they did that. Like the way it dries so far.

    The dryer is pretty quiet while running and does a great job of drying clothes. My old dryer frequently needed 2 cycles to dry but this gets the job done in one cycle. It also plays a happy song when the cycle is done.

    Working great so far. It's quiet, and reliable. The AI feature sounds gimmicky, but the long and short of it is that it seems to both get its properly dried while ALSO sensing what is in the dryer, so it doesn't destroy the clothes in the tumbling process.

    It has a "laundry shoot"!!!! Honestly, didn't even read the discription when I bought it. I bought it as a set to go with the washer, the easy load door (aka laundry shoot as my family calls it) makes things so much easier. Also, it drys really well, isn't too loud, and just a overall great dryer.
